I have been performing breast and body contouring surgeries for over 26 years, making me one of the leading choices for patients interested in mommy makeover surgery in the Vancouver, B.C. area. After childbirth, many women experience changes such as loss of volume in the breasts, excess skin in the midsection, and lingering pockets of stubborn fat. combining multiple treatments like a tummy tuck, liposuction, a breast lift, and/or breast augmentation into one operation and incorporating many advanced techniques, I can create transformative, natural-looking results with the shortest possible recovery time. I work with each patient individually to determine the best combination of treatments to fit their needs and provide them with their desired mommy makeover results, helping them to achieve their ideal post-baby body.
Breast Surgery
I have performed breast enhancement on thousands of women, including over 5,000 breast augmentation surgeries. Our attention to detail for every component of the planning and performance of this procedure has resulted in our office being one of the busiest in Canada. Use the latest techniques to ensure the most natural-looking results while minimizing the risk of complications and recovery time. I frequently perform breast augmentations using breast implants, as well as breast lifts, breast revision surgery, and breast reduction. During your consultation, I will evaluate your body’s dimensions to recommend the ideal size, shape, type, and placement of your implants, to ensure a well-proportioned result. I spend time with each patient at my practice in Langley, to ensure that you feel fully informed to make a confident choice. Our first goal is to educate patients about how best to achieve their goals in a manner that reduces risks of complications and future surgery.
Body Contouring
Each patient is unique, which is why I make time to explain your body contouring options and recommend a highly individualized plan. Whether you are dealing with lax skin and stubborn pockets of fat or looking to sculpt targeted areas to create your ideal contours, my team and I can help you achieve your goals. I have expertise with small cannula liposuction as well as power, ultrasound, and laser assisted liposuction, which allows our team to customize and optimize outcomes for patients with stubborn but localized excess fat. I also offer nonsurgical fat reduction treatments, including SculpSure, Venus Legacy Sculpt FX, and Evolve Trim. Patients who are primarily concerned about loose skin may benefit from an abdominoplasty, lower body lift, or another type of skin removal surgery. We have refined our techniques so that we can avoid the use of post-operative drains and ease the recovery from the procedure.

Dr. Mathew Mosher is a board-certified plastic surgeon and the Medical Director of YES Medspa and Cosmetic Surgery Centre in Langley, British Columbia. With over 26 years of experience, he leads an experienced team that is dedicated to performing individually optimized cosmetic surgical procedures and nonsurgical treatments, finding the best solutions for each patient to create exceptionally natural-looking results.

Dr. Mosher earned his medical degree from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver before going on to an internship in general surgery at Saint Paul’s Hospital in Vancouver and a residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon.
He then headed to Santa Ana, California, where he was chosen for a prestigious fellowship in aesthetic surgery under the tutelage of renowned plastic surgeon Dr. B.F. Connell.
Additional training in Toronto, Honolulu, and Dallas followed before he returned to Vancouver and joined YES Surgery Centre. In 1997, Dr. Mosher was one of the first physicians in B.C. to introduce laser resurfacing, laser hair removal, microdermabrasion, dermal fillers, and pharmaceutical grade skin care to his medical practice. He maintains a commitment to teaching medical students, plastic surgery residents, physicians, nurses and laser technicians, which helps keep his staff advancing and learning.
