It was my third time (first time at this clinic) for Laser Hair removal and I wasnt sure what their way of doing things was. I told front desk lady that I needed to shave before the laser hair removal (she says oh you don't need to the technician will do it for you). When technician took me in he literally took just 2 minutes to do procedure and said I was done (without shaving my hair at all)...
I find laser hair removal to be quite painful. I was thinking about having others areas treated, but will go elsewhere. Dr. Williams office does not offer numbing cream before treatment. I don't know how much of a difference numbing cream will actually make, but anything to lessen the pain a little bit should be offered.
