I was disliked the hollows under my eyes (I am only 28). I bought a home microcurrent unit (Myolift Ultra) in hopes of improving the hollows. After about 2 weeks my eyes were getting worse so I quit. I have waited 7 months in hopes that time would resolve it but my eyes still look (and feel) fatigued, very dark, more sunken. When I wake up, it looks as if I have been punched in both eyes/haven't slept. I contacted the company and they didn't have any advice. I dread going in public now:(
I'm hearing good things about microcurrent machines. After significant weight loss at 38 years old I'm looking for an effective treatment to help with the face droop I've experienced. Would microcurrent technology help with this? What is your opinion on microcurrent treatments?
I had a facelift 3 months ago. I would like to start a microcurrent routine to keep the muscles and skin tight. I tried microcurrent before my facelift and it does work but not nearly to the effect of a facelift. But it would be good maintenance. Is there anyway that the microcurrent can loosen the muscles and reverse the effect of my facelift over time? Are they the same muscles in the SMAS facelift as the microcurrent? How soon after a facelift would you recommend microcurrent if at all?
