Dr. Ghremida Is a very talented, amazing surgeon. He answered all my questions and was patient and kind through my entire experience. I had a breast lift and also a abdominoplasty with muscle repair after loosing a significant amount of weight. I feel and look absolutely amazing and the outcome has far exceeded my expectations. I will be forever greatful that this man took the time and patience to ensure my surgery went well and my recovery process was smooth. Thank you Dr. Ghremida. XX. KP
I cannot say enough great things about Dr.Ghremida!!! I had a TT and Brachioplasty done with him and my results are amazing! Way beyond my expectations of how my body could ever look! He is so talented, confident and very professional. He has taken the time to answer all my questions ....even the ones I would maybe feel silly asking. He made sure I understood everything prior to my surgery and was so patient in my many consultations I had with him. Bedside manner is great too!! All around an amazing experience! He was available to me after surgery whenever I needed him and his office gal Christine is just awesome! My surgery was done in a surgical centre not a hospital and all I can say is 5 star care the entire way!!! I'm so truly thankful I found Dr.Ghremida!
Experience was fantastic.Dr Ghremida was very pleasant, took time to answer all my questions.I never felt like he was in a hurry to move on to next case. The staff in office are very friendly and his appointments are on time.I previously saw another surgeon for consult and waited an hour in exam room while he visited with someone outside room. I really appreciated Dr.Ghremida being on time.I had a breast lift and am very pleased with my new set of perky breasts. They look great.I am also a health care worker ans I would definitely recommend Dr.Ghremida to my family and friends.
25 year old, 425 cc silicon Great surgeon! Took his time in his office with me going over them I felt very comfortable he new what he was talking about and made it reassuring they were right for me! His clinic staff was very kind and nice, my experience was good! The surgery went good with no complications al though it was so rough waking up feeling rushed and kicked out in the surgical centre. It is such a harsh surgery to be out of there so fast! The aftermath of surgery is by far the toughest I have ever went threw but I am getting by day by day! I just wish I had a better treatment afterwards
Dr. G did my breast augmentation over a year ago, and I couldn't be happier! He listened to me and what I wanted. He is very kind, patient, knowledgeable, great bedside manner, just all around an amazing surgeon! I Absolutely love my results and am so glad I chose Dr. Ghremida to do my procedure. Updated on 22 Oct 2016: Here's a few more pic's of how they look in clothes. It's been busy but I will try to post some before and afters without tops in the next little while. Can't stress enough how happy I am with my results though. Dr. Ghremida is seriously the BEST! Such an amazing surgeon, and so incredibly talented. You can tell he honestly cares about each of his patients and you never feel rushed. Updated on 24 Oct 2016: Updated on 24 Oct 2016: Updated on 25 Oct 2016: Updated on 25 Oct 2016: Updated on 26 Oct 2016: Updated on 28 Oct 2016: Absolutely love my boobs! The only downside.....is it's very difficult finding bras that look cute and sexy. I'm a 32H and usually have these girls strapped in pretty tight for support (however the Freya bras that I love for comfort only go up to a 32GG so I usually cram the girls into that when in a regular bra). I am also personal trainer and usually train 5 days a week, (although have been out of the gym and not been able to train myself for the last 6 months due to another issue) I didn't find that the size/weight of my implants interfered or hindered my workouts or training at all, which I have to admit I was a bit worried about. I do wish however it wasn't so hard to find bras that look cute and sexy, and ones without those thick ugly straps. Updated on 29 Oct 2016: I forgot to mention above but on Sept 30th I had another follow up appt and as it has been from the very beginning it was another perfect experience. Dr Ghremida always makes you feel at ease, answers all your questions, and never rushes you no matter how busy he may be. It makes you feel good to when you can tell he is happy with the results (like his work), and he tells you that 'they are absolutely perfect!' His receptionist Christine has also been totally amazing from the first time I met her. From answering questions for me, to squeezing me in for a last minute appointment when need be! I honestly can't say enough about Dr Ghremida and his staff! Updated on 30 Oct 2016: I am going to try this whole review thing again and repost some pictures as I'm not sure what happened to them. To say I've had trouble would be an understatement, so I apologize! I Have had serious issues with my phone and trying to post etc. from it. I haven't been able to open up the tab to reply, and it kicks me out while in the process of trying to post or update. So if everything seems a bit all over the place that's why. Seriously Thank you for everyone's patience! So here it goes again! (And I promise to try and reply to everyone's questions from before, fingers crossed it cooperates with me now). Dr. Ghremida did my breast augmentation, and I also had a Lolly Pop lift at the same time. Actually I had 3 breast augmentations, and Dr. Ghremida did all of them (the pictures are of my last breast augmentation done over a year ago). As I have said before Dr. Ghremida is an amazingly talented surgeon, and I am so glad I chose him to do my procedures. I seriously would not choose anyone else. My Stats: 42 Years Old, 5' 7", 140 lbs, 3 Kids 13, 10, and 8. Pre BA: 32B (although was most likely wearing the wrong size) Post BA: 32H (professionally fitted) As I stated I had 3 augmentations: 1st: 450cc's - error'd on the side of caution. Wanted to be conservative but ended up to small for me. 2nd: 600cc's - still wanted larger. 3rd: 800cc's - LOVE them! 100% happy!! Although they are quite large they are Perfect for 'ME!' And exactly what I wanted! In almost every case you would need probably 2 or 3 surgeries to go that large. I know I couldn't have went straight to 800cc's with my first augmentation - there was no way they would fit (and this is important to consider). You need to listen to your plastic surgeon and their recommendations for your body type, size, etc as everyone is different! That is why it is so important to find a surgeon that you trust and feel completely comfortable with! Through each of my augmentations Dr Ghremida has been absolutely fantastic to deal with, kind, patient, caring, knowledgable. All around an amazing surgeon, and a perfect experience from start to finish!! Hope this helps!! Updated on 30 Oct 2016: Updated on 31 Oct 2016: Updated on 1 Nov 2016: I always thought I should have written a review on my tummy tuck when I had it done. I wasn't going to do an update now because it has been so long ago but thought why not, so I am just adding it here with my BA review. I had a full tummy tuck done Sept of 2012. There was nothing I could have done as far as exercise goes as I had a huge abdominal seperation which needed to be repaired through surgery. And even though it doesn't look like it (in my pictures) I had actually lost a lot of weight too after my last baby which was a whopping 12lbs and delivered naturally. I met with Dr. Ghremida and because my case was quite severe he suggested trying to get it covered. Even though I had doubts it would be covered I thought sure why not let's give it a try. He took pictures and submitted them that day and said I should hear back in a couple of weeks if it was approved. To my surprise I received a call from his office aprox 2 weeks later saying I was approved for the surgery!! Yay!! This was back in 2011. Now there was a long wait list, it was almost exactly a year and a half from being approved to getting in for surgery but I didn't care. I was so excited to have it covered by sask health as the surgery would have cost me about $13,000 if I had to pay for it myself! So I waited......and waited. Then the day came. I had my tummy tuck done, and once again Dr. Ghremida was amazing. He was very caring and calmed my nerves when I almost broke down right before surgery, as I was incredibly scared and knew it was no small surgery. The surgery went well and I recovered in the hospital for awhile while they monitored me after the surgery, and when I was good to go I was discharged. The next 6 weeks was hard, it was a difficult recovery for me no doubt. The first 3 weeks were by far the hardest then every day after seemed a bit better. It 'definitely' takes a good year to see the final results though. It was so worth it!! Dr Ghremida changed my life! He gave me my confidence back, and I actually liked what I saw in the mirror for the first time, in a very long time! Dr. Ghremida is nothing short of amazing and his work speaks for itself. I have posted some before and after pics. The first one is actually a photo copy of the ones he took in his office (that is all I have left, I think I must have destroyed every other pic I ever had of myself) and the other two are about 2 1/2 years later. There was also many hours in the gym but Dr Ghremida's work speaks volumes, I just did added tightening and toning afterwards. As I said before he changed my life with this surgery, as after I fell in live with training and the gym, and decided to become a personal trainer. I love what I do now! That was just the beginning of my experience with Dr. Ghremida. He has since done my three BA's and has done a scar revision on mg daughter as well after getting a mole removed from another plastic surgeon. I am so grateful to Dr Ghremida and what he has done for me. Updated on 10 Nov 2016: Updated on 10 Nov 2016: Updated on 15 Nov 2016: I was asked for a few more from the front, so here they are. Updated on 15 Nov 2016: Updated on 18 Nov 2016: I just wanted to post a few pics to show that it does take anywhere from 6 months to a year to notice the final result/shape of your breast augmentation. In my case I would say it was even a bit longer maybe. I noticed changes throughout the entire year, & even though they weren't as drastic in the later months they were still there. The top left is before, the bottom left now, and the second pic was 1 week post op (breast augmentation and lolly pop lift). Be patient. Updated on 18 Nov 2016: Updated on 24 Nov 2016: Due to certain issues I removed a bunch of pictures and won't be posting ones without tops anymore, however I left the ones with clothes. I'm not sure how much I will be posting anymore, however I will still try to answer any questions if there are. Updated on 8 Dec 2016: 100% happy with my breast augmentation and 100% happy I choose Dr. Ghremida to perform my surgery. So glad I decided to listen to Dr. Ghremida's recommendation and go with high profile as well! No regrets at all. He seriously does amazing work and I believe the pictures speak for themselves. Cannot thank him enough. Updated on 19 Mar 2017: Here's a side by side. Updated on 30 Mar 2017: A better close up of the before and after. Updated on 29 Mar 2019: It’s been awhile since my breast augmentation and tummy tuck surgeries. I’ve had no complications at all, and still extremely happy with my results! I can’t say enough about Dr. Ghremida. He and his staff are amazing and there with you from the beginning right through recovery. Thank you Dr. Ghremida! Updated on 28 Dec 2019: A before and after of my breast augmentation, and still incredibly happy with everything. Dr. Ghremida does amazing work, and I can’t thank him enough for giving me my confidence and body back...I never thought I would have my pre pregnancy body back again. Updated on 7 Jan 2020: Here is a few more photos as per request. It has been approximately 4 1/2 years post and everything has been perfect. Although in some clothes they can look huge, they really aren’t. I find them to be the perfect size and I am incredibly happy with them.
I've always felt self-conscious about my boobs (barely A). I had my breast augmentation surgery about a year ago with Doctor ghremida. I had 475 c.c round silicone gummy bear implants underneath the muscle. Not going lie it was a little painful afterwards and I would recommend a full week off work but I'm so glad I had the surgery and would make the same decision again in a heartbeat. My husband was a bit unsure and worried I may regret my decision but I have no regrets. The only thing I can't or should really do is push ups but other than that I can do various other exercises and really am happy with my results from beginning to end. I will try to post before and after pictures at a later date but very happy with dr. Ghremida and the staff. Updated on 24 Aug 2017: Sorry late but better late than never! Still very happy with my results.
Since having my babies, gaining too much weight, then losing most of it I have been left with the awful hang of skin. I'll be going for a full tummy tuck within the next month or two and I can't wait! I'm planning/trying to reach my goal of 150 before the surgery. I've had my breasts reduced and the pain was a 0 for me. Hoping TT is gonna be low pain also????( has anyone had both done and could give me the pain comparison?) I'm also looking for any tips for the recovery! That's the part I'm most nervous about. Updated on 15 Jun 2016: Well I am 3 days post op and so far everything has been great! I honestly have like no pain, only when I move I feel a little sting/burning feeling on my right side where I think the lipo was. Haven't seen my TT yet as it's bandaged up for a week until I see my surgeon at my 1 week follow up appt. So far from what I see everything looks good! Glad to be on the mend and here's hoping I heal quickly! Updated on 15 Jun 2016: I just had my full TT and lipo of the flanks with Dr. Ghremida. He's been a pleasure to "deal" with since first meeting him. I haven't had much pain at all, very minimal. The drains are the worst part, can't wait to have them removed! I haven't seen my incision yet or anything due to it being bandaged until my first week follow up appt but I already know I'm going to love the results! I completely recommend this doctor to anyone. Updated on 22 Jun 2016: Well today is day 9 PO. Yesterday I seen my ps and he removed my bandages for the first time since surgery. Seen my stomach and flanks for the first time and I was so happy with what I seen! I've had no issues at all and everyday keeps getting better. I still have both drains in but they will be out next week and I can't wait! I might attempt a shower tonight but I'm a little worried about the drains still being in. So happy to have done the TT with lipo! Updated on 27 Jun 2016: Well today marks 2 weeks for my TT/lipo flanks surgery and I couldn't be happier! It's been a pretty easy recovery for me. The hardest part would honestly be the drains and not doing anything for 2 weeks besides sitting in my recliner watching netflix! I am still feeling quite hard in my stomach and sides where I had lipo done, quite numb, and still boxy shaped but I am extremely happy with the way everything looks. It's only going to keep getting better! I'm going to see my PS tomorrow and get these nasty drains removed and I can hardly wait! Updated on 29 Jun 2016: Well yesterday(day 15) I seen my ps and got my drains out!!! That changed everything 100%. My mobility and everything is so much better. I also started wearing my binder yesterday and I'm now starting to see some shape! Updated on 3 Jul 2016: Well this weekend was a pretty active weekend for me; which means a lot of swelling and feeling tired. Today I took my tape off and had a shower, the tape is really bugging my belly button so I'm leaving the tape off it for a day or two in hopes it'll help the effected skin. I'm feeling pretty awesome, tomorrow will be 3 weeks so I'm gonna start a scar treatment soon!
Tomorrow is my big day!!! Well actually in less that 12 hours I will have boobs!! Nice ones that point out not down I hope!! I'm very nervous all the time and take anxiety medication daily and for the past 2 days I have really been fighting anxiety but am still excited about getting mice boobs. I have very good breast tissues so dr ghremida said over the muscle would do the trick. I had 2 consults with him and he was great I felt very comfortable with him and if he would have said he would do it right then I would have done it no problem. I hope to be able to post an update tomorrow. And here are some pics of my saggy tube socks after nursing 4 kids. I'm currently a 38 b. Updated on 11 Mar 2016: Well I'm done!! Have not taken my bra off yet to check them out but they are very swollen, very sore and very hard at the moment. I can't shower until Monday not sure how I'm gonna do that lol will post more later. I feel like my head is huge from the t3's they have me on. Updated on 12 Mar 2016: It's officially been 24 hours they look huge and are swollen but overall I'm doing ok I think. Updated on 13 Mar 2016: So far so good. I'm off the t3's now just taking 2 regular strength advil every 6 hours. Still just feels tight or like I need to breastfeed lol. Swelling has come down a little from yesterday but not much. I'm able to measure swelling from my chest tattoo. Went for 2 small walks yesterday as its beautiful out. Going to walk to the office later on today. Tomorrow I get to shower yay so will post an update pic when I take the support bra off!!! Updated on 16 Mar 2016: Pain is minimal and is not really pain more discomfort so I take a regular strength Tylenol every now and again throughout the day. Yesterday and I today I was pretty depressed on and off throughout the day and today I'm wishing never got my boobs not because they don't look ok right now but because I am experiencing a lot of anxiety today. If my anxiety is good then I love my boobs but when it's bad I blame them for it lol. I moved to sleeping on my back in bed from the couch last night and at one point slept on my right side as it was comfortable. My left breast is more swollen than the right so it's not as comfortable and does not feel good laying on my left side. I'm not a patient person and think everything should be normal already lol so I am very anxious to have my boobs soft and normal and to be able to sleep how I want. I think this is the cause of my anxiety today. Updated on 18 Mar 2016: Just had my 1 week post op appointment. Everything is great and healing perfectly and my husband got instructions on some things to do to more my implants around to prevent capsular contraction. Also got the go ahead to wear any kind of bra I want with no wire!!! He said in the next 3 weeks my nipples will come up more as everything stretches and loosens up. So we are not thinking I will need the partial lift!!!! But we will see in 3 months or so. Again dr ghremedia is totally amazing and I recommend him to everyone!!! I will post a 1 week post op pic when we get home. Thanks ladies for all your support. Thankfully my anxiety has calmed some and I'm feeling really good at the moment8-) Updated on 18 Mar 2016: Updated on 25 Mar 2016: Everything is great so far!! But it's looking more and more like I will need the partial lift and one seems to be sagging more than the other. For the most part I'm happy with my size 38dd or 34DDD as measured by the LA senza girl. Some days I think maybe I should have gone bigger lol boob greed I think. I was able to take my incision bandages off today and see the incisions they both look great and are really in the crease. I still have some tenderness in my left boob near the incision but other than that they are becoming more and more my boobs!! Updated on 2 Apr 2016: Nothing had really changed I don't think since last week. They are becoming more and more mine and I am loving the fact that I no longer have to wear a thick padded push up bra ro have some cleavage!! Updated on 12 Apr 2016: On Saturday at exactly 4 weeks post op I felt like I was wet under my right breast. Had my husband look he said ah ya u have about a 1cm hole in your incision. I texted a pic to my family dr who said come to the er. He swabbed the hole and put me on antibiotics said it's a stitch abscess and looks superficial but if it goes into the tissue I have to have my implant removed. I thought I was going to die lol. So here praying the antibiotics work and the abscess doesn't get worse. I see the surgeon on friday. Now last night being monday night u feel three lumps which I think are also stitch abscesses in my left boob in the incision line. I hope they don't break open also and am hoping that maybe the surgeon will remove whatever it is so it does not hurt my implant. Updated on 23 Apr 2016: It's been 6 weeks but I feel like they have always been mine I love them so much!!!
54 yo female, no kids, lots of weight gain and loss over the years, total 123 (11 in the last two days since surgery). He also did a monsplasty (was size of a DD bra cup). Absolutely no pain!!! I am taking 1 T3 and antibiotic every 6 hours. What I did find was that I was nauseous and have absolutely no appetite yet. My procedure was paid for by the provincial government because I had so much weight loss and kept the weight off for 3 years. By the way, I don't diet - rather eat whatever I want, whenever I want and how much I want. Because of that I didn't obsess about food and could procrastinate about eating as well - a much healthier, non stressful response to food. I think this is what skinny people do naturally. If you're going to get this done, realize that not everybody is going to experience great pain. If it wasn't for the drains (which I hate!) I could go back to work on Monday (it's now Friday).
I have long wanted to make a breast augmentation. I got a lot of weight during pregnancy (60 Pound) breastfed my daughter. After I lost all this weight. I could not decide on the operation and go to a consultation with a plastic surgeon. But this year I definitely decided that I need it. I experienced the discomfort and embarrassment of my "empty" small breasts. started to look for a doctor, my choice was Dr. Ghremida. After reading the reviews about this doctor, I decided to go for a consultation with him. I called in February 2015 and was appointed to the consultation on March 6. The consultation Dr. Ghremida told all about the implants, were selected implant size for me. My husband and I were together for consultation. After this consultation, we were happy, Dr. Ghremida was great! We were told to wait for the call on the date of the transaction. After 2 weeks, we have called and offered May 22. But in April they called and said that there is a day for surgery early for me. It was 8 May 2015. My surgery done. Everything is done well. Today, five days after my surgery, I like my breast already, but after a full recovery it will be better !!! Updated on 29 May 2015: Today three weeks after surgery. I feel better and breast changes, looks better. I am so happy, l did it. I am grateful to my husband all the time, he helps me at all, and support me! New breast gave me confidence in myself more. Updated on 1 Jul 2015: My chest is 2 months after 7 days . Chest still tingling from time to time, I sleep on the sides, the chest is not yet soft. I go to the gym after one month from the day of surgery. I love my breast)))) Here is a photo of my chest today. Updated on 21 Nov 2018: I got my breast augmentation from this doctor in May 2015. He did a great job. I wasn't sure about the size and he gave me the advice about 450cc I am happy I got this size. It made my body completed because after breast-feeding my kid my breast was change and I wasn't feel confident anymore. But now it's improved and I am happy! I would recommend the doctor Ghremida!
I am unaware of the coverage in Illinois this would have to be investigated. This is not for me to address as I live and practice in Canada. You would benefit from checking with your state medical.
