Best decision I ever made! When I am around other 50 year olds, people always tell me how fabulous I look. Thank you again, Dr. David. My results speak for your mastery and your skills. This is a pic of my 82-year old Mom (she hasn’t had any work done) and me May 2023.

What a difference a year makes. Now, I admit, I had lip injections done so what you are seeing this in this picture is a result of another surgeon doing that work. But all other facial work was done by Dr David. He is terrific. I am so beyond pleased with my results. I no longer live in San Diego, sad to say, but I will gladly fly back there to have him to all my, “enhancements.”

Hi there, thank you so much for the compliment! I feel fabulous every day. He truly is a master at his craft. I did not get cheek implants. I was too worried about uneven settling so I opted not to do it. He did an aggressive enough fat transfer to the area to make it look like I had cheek implants so what you are seeing is the result of that.

Scars? What scars? Those were Dr. David’s words during my follow-up appt. The way he places them you cannot see them. I followed the post-op care to the letter and you cannot seem them at all.

Thank you for the compliment. I chose him based on my own research. I must have looked at 1,000 patients’ before and after pictures from other surgeons and his were clearly the best outcomes in my humble opinion. No complications at all. I did the La Jolla Lift. I am kicking myself for not including my forehead in the lift BUT he didn’t think I needed it at the time of surgery. He is seriously the best. I trust him implicitly. He will do all my work in the future.

it takes a year to see the long term result of the work, specially the nose. by three months people tend to like what they see but there's residual swelling for at least 9 months that effects how you look. most like the extra plumpness and that the tissue has not relaxed from surgical trauma yet. a nose takes a year to see the full refinement but by 9 months out it's at 90% where it will end up at. upper eyelids may seem too tight at first, but will relax by 6 to 9 months. the time to get worried about upper eyelids is when you can't close your eyelids. that's a problem that got to be fixed to protect the eyes
