I had silicone injection back in maybe 2010 twice and didnt really see any results. so in 2014 i had lipo and a bbl. (of course i wish i would've did it this way 1st) no i wasn't truthful about my injections but i think the dr kinda new afterwards because he commented to my husband about some hard substance. Moving forward in these later years my butt grew cause what i didn't know with bbl that ole ugly fat that you take from one place and put it somewhere else my butt got even bigger and i HATED it! Im 5'7 and always weighed in about (before the big butt 165/170lbs) after 189/190 lbs and skinny legs run in my family so to me i felt unproportioned. i wanted a natural look and maybe with a lil more but never the KK look. i didnt suffer from any pain but i did have discoloration and a lot of lumps however i did have a scare in early 2021 and i couldn't walk cause of excruciating pain in my hip/leg area, i literally had to use a walker. again thank God it only lasted a week. scared the bejeeus out of me, lol so in nov 2021 i had the silicone removed for all the reasons mentioned above and now i need reconstruction. the dr told me i have to put ion weight so he has fat to pull from. my recovery went well had my tubes in for 8 wks and since then ive been struggling to put on weight. i know, i know somebody just pulled their head back like "really, thats your problem, lol) trust me if i didn't look so deformed in the butt area i wouldn't worry about it and not to say the dr didn't do a good job cause i think he did. but my butt is flatter on one side than the other and one side has a dimple and the other dont and i'm flat like a pancake all together. i'm still using the garment with padding just to give me some kinda of shape and im not going to lie its been extremely hot with all this (going through menopause as well) and frustrating and depressing at times. bathroom times feels so much like a chore, esp a work. i know a person that i mean had no fat on her and had a bbl (very natural & to me perfect bottom) where the heck did he get her fat from and i have fat but i was told that dr needs it from the love-handle area. that's the main place i don't have any but i got else where. im thinking i might have to consult with other dr's before my situation drive me to drink (sighs help, any suggestions)

Updated on 11 Jul 2020: Hey guys everything is going great so far i am 1 month post op I still have two drains because I was lately to active!I have so much energy after the surgery, because I was active my drains started fill up more then before ,so when I had appointment last Friday doctor told me to rest more and drink more protein that’s very important in your recovery process! So guys better if you done surgery like this more rest don’t be to active at least 2-3months!I’m so happy so blessed I find dr Gallerani he is the best he did amazing job!!and he is so nice his team is amazing!i forgot to say about hospital when he performs the surgery I was staying there for one night! I’m so happy I did surgery in this hospital I felt so safe the nurses were checked out me all the time bring me liquid food and water and juices, asked me if I’m ok and I need anything,I felt so good when I was there and dr Gallerani went to see me the same day afternoon surgery to make sure I’m ok! Hi everyone, The reason for my review is to share my experience with having silicone injections removal. I had the silicone for 4 years I started to notice discoloration of my skin and pain when I sat down for long periods of time. I reached out to dr. Gallerani and within a week I had an appointment and was ready for surgery. I was anxious and had very bad anxiety over this and this is why I decided to do everything so fast. I just wanted this stuff out before it got worse. Fast forward to 6 months later I feel great health wise but a little discomfort when sitting or doing light activities. Nothing to worry about I was told. I am now looking for a doctor to do my reconstruction with and I came across a Doctor by the name of Carlos Gomez. Can anyone give my some insight regarding this doctor. I have seen lots of reviews on here saying he’s amazing but I wanted a more personal convo regarding his work. Only because I was told I needed implants and I’m not to sure of going that route. Thank you! Updated on 20 Jul 2020: Hello ladies and gentlemen, Just a little update since the last time I wrote about my biopolimeros/silicone removal. I’ve decided to get reconstruction surgery this year. The doctor I chose to do this procedure with is Carlos Gómez in Cali, Columbia. I sent my deposit in today which I’m excited because it’s the first step. I’ve researched and I’ve spoken to a few ladies on here and I’ve gotten some great feed back. I appreciate every single one of you and hope to continue updating you girls on my journey to a normal life. I’m not going to sit here and pretend to be all jolly cause god knows I’m terrified. Lol. But I just want to be able to fit my clothes and look ok again. If anyone has had surgery with this doctor and can share some more light regarding his work that would be amazing. also if anyone can share their experiences as far as how they prepared for this surgery would be awesome. Sending lots of love and prayers to those still dealing with this nightmare.
He is the best, god really blessed dr. Gallerani with blessed hands and his creativity. He and his staff go above and beyond for his patients.A lot of people complain about his price but it is so worth it. You will not be disappointed I guarantee it.
I was just reading all the reviews and the main concern everyone has 1. Price 2. Going out of the country 3. How good your butt will look after silicone removal. I got silicone injections back in 2002 and I just had it removed with Dr. G in Aventura, Florida he's amazing and is not there to take your money consultation is $300 which is deducted if you choose him, 5k deposit to hold date, his staff is amazing they make you feel so comfortable and they are very very sweet, yes he is expensive but he is very very much experienced in doing this type of surgery and he actually removes about 95% of the silicone my fee was 19k that's including the hospital fees (15k plus 4khosp) I highly recommend him. I was really thinking of going to Colombia but going out of the country makes no sense at all in my opinion. After I did my research on Dr. G he's doing about 4-5 surgeries a week with the silicone removal he knows what he's doing, he removed 14lbs my silicone spread to my lower back and hips I stayed one night in the hospital (amazing hospital the staff was just wow) I wasn't in pain it was more discomfort then anything and being unable to sit, always on my belly, I still have the drains, my stitches come out Tuesday (can't wait) and hopefully drains too let's see. I also have to drink 80g of protein shakes daily that's besides my food, my aunt changes my dressings daily and my drains are empty out 3x a day it not easy I suggest you stay at a recovery house or if you stay air bb you cannot come by yourself you def need all the help and support you can get. Yes my butt is healing fine now I have to return for reconstruction in about 6-8months. Besides that I feel great and happy this toxic is out of my body because I was so depressed before. And if you are worry how your butt will look after removal then you're not ready everything is a process I just wanted this out the best way possible and then I will worry about the rest later so please have patience and know that your health comes first. Please do your research before going anywhere and see before and after pics as well and ask a lot of questions. Also this procedure is NOT cover by insurance :( Updated on 29 Feb 2020: Update: I finally got my last drain removed Friday so happy this is all over because it wasn’t easy at all. Yes my butt looks weird is flat on top but I got a little something on the bottom. Reconstruction will be in July with Dr. G I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Overall I feel great and very blessed to have found this Doctor. I still have to drink my protein shakes daily until reconstruction and wear the garment with the pink foam for another 4-6wks.
Such an amazing and caring doctor , I had my surgery to remove illegal silicone 2 days ago and even though it hurts I feel so happy I made the right decision, he made sure the first face I see after surgery was his letting me know I was ok , and on top of nurses to make sure I’ll receive the best care , I can’t wait to have my reconstruction done Updated on 15 Feb 2020: Hello its Been 3 Weeks since the Surgery and im feeling better , one of the drains got infected But Doctor G Removed it, He also cut discolored skin i had left , and i see him twice a week something 3 times he’s really on top of everything. Overall is a painful and slow process but totally worth it Updated on 3 Mar 2020: I got my stitches out today , i still have some pain but feeling better everyday . Updated on 8 Apr 2020: Feeling so good , the pain in my right leg , tingling and burning sensation that I felt before surgery i no longer have it . I still feel numbness in the area where the scar is , but that’s about it . Updated on 25 Jul 2022: been thinking to get the reconstruction early next year , finally. i still don't get use to this , the insecurities are high and most of the time im always wearing something over it , but i have to say no more pain or burning sensations
I had illegal injections done years ago by a lady name Ms.G. This had to be about 12 years ago. I had a few sessions done in a hotel with men with guns securing the door. She was making sooo much money she needed armed security. I had it done. All was well, or so I thought. As the years went by I became sicker and sicker. I have been bed ridden for the last 7 years. I use to be a hard worker. Had over a million dollars in real estate holdings. I became so ill to the point where I couldn't even think straight most of the time. My body was breaking doooooown on me. I lost everything I had ever busted my ass to acquire. After countless doctor appointments I was diagnosed with lupus, hypothyroidism, anemia, depression and a list of other ish. I lost EVERYTHING.....I couldn't work I was in no condition for that. I had to go get on welfare. This poison has brung nothing but misery. I know I did it to myself, meaning I choose to have it done. Of course I had no clue the misery this fake fat ass would bring with it. It looked very nice for a few years, until it kept swelling and swelling and didn't match my legs anymore. People who I didn't even know would just come up and ask me. ( is it real). That's when I knew it was out of control and ridiculous. It (my butt) would get hot as hell every night. My sheets would only get wet where my butt was sweating and burning up at
In 2012 I had silicone injections injected in my hips and my buttocks. I wanted a more shapely appearance and was so desperate I allowed someone to inject a product into me. After 5 years my body stared to react. I never thought I would be in this situation. I thought I was going to be one of the lucky ones and be fine. I'm not fine- my body has rejected the product and my skin in the hips and butt area is very infected. I went to see Dr G in May. I did my MRI and I feel so comfortable with having my surgery with him this coming January. I'm from Canada so It's alot to pay in US dollars to have this removal ,but I promise anyone reading this when you meet DR G you will understand that he is the best and only person I puke trust. His knowledge and passion to help people in this situation love full lives is incredible. I'm so nervous for this removal. I pray that I'm in the best emotion and spiritual place. That's where you need to be. You have to accept this is happening but thankfully there's hundreds of us coming forward sharing our stories. And thankfully there a doctor like dr G who is here to help. I'll be sure to post pictures and take you guys along on my journey. Feel free to message me with any questions. Updated on 25 Dec 2020: Hi everyone. I had my removal in January 2020 from my ups and butt. All I can say is DR G and his team are incredible. The compassion the love that they show is incredible and absolutely helps with the process. I definitely did not feel alone. The surgery was hard- because I had a lot of product in my hip I do have dents that are starting to fluff and the skin is stretching. You have to be mentally prepared for this surgery. It’s no joke! There are times that you will feel sad, angry, depressed, and over the healing process. It’s a life saving surgery- not a fun I’m going to get new boobs. Remember that. I will say for every sad moment I had knowing that I’m free from the poison, anxiety, depression of the unknown- all that it was worth it. Trust the process. As questions, dr G and his team really are transparent and will keep it as real as they can with u. I am going to see him for my revision- I just need to wait a bit longer because as I said my hip dents need to stretch more. I also want to let my body heal from the first surgery- a lot of meds. Good luck.
