been thinking to get the reconstruction early next year , finally.
i still don't get use to this , the insecurities are high and most of the time im always wearing something over it , but i have to say no more pain or burning sensations

If any of you need guidance... I battled with this for many years between reconstruction and removal surgeries. I had two reconstructions done in colombia, cheaper and they are experts, believe me, after researching many doctors and hearing horror stories i am finally educated on this topic all the way, its been a learning experience and a process overall. No doctor in the US can compare to how advanced they are in Colombia. Many friends have done it there too. Yes, it can be scary but not if you know which surgeon you are choosing and which recovery houses you choose. I had an amazing experience both times and so did my close friends that went through the same. Inbox me if you need information or have any questions. I will be happy to answer them all.

Feeling so good , the pain in my right leg , tingling and burning sensation that I felt before surgery i no longer have it . I still feel numbness in the area where the scar is , but that’s about it .

You should see the scars he gave me horrific! Uneven high on one side low on the other smh... I see he’s gotten a lil better

4 years ago and my reconstruction was a joke I will upload pics and a REAL review after my NEXT removal and recon in June. When I show what did no one will go to him

I still have to go through reconstruction and my understanding is that he does scar revision too which I'm excited about, but in my case I wasn't really thinking about how it was going to look I just wanted that thing out and done it the right way , I've seen some horrible cases out there after surgery , some have to go through more surgeries so I'm happy with the results

Dr. G did my surgery(Sept 19) as well and I have absolutely no complaints. My main concern was having him CUT out as much of the silicone/material as possible. I knew I'd have a scar/flat butt and didn't mind cause I knew I would need recon. My scar is just like yours. I was supposed to have my post MRI but I had to cancel my flight cause of the pandemic. I'm looking forward to my scar revision/recon (hopefully this summer/fall) but I still haven't chosen a recon doc yet. Dr. G is pricey but I'm so grateful he did my surgery.

Give it some time... he did 2 removals on me and I still need another the silicone comes to skin surface after a year or 2 I know I’ve been trying to remove it for 6 years! 4 surgeries later I’m still not complete. Dr Gallerani is over priced and EXTREMELY over rated...

I agree with u Girl ! I spoke to the nurse at Dr Gallerani . With that Dr is all about the money . They charge for consultation . They don't care that u have to fly there and pay for a hotel room ! I asked that woman if that consultation fee will go towards the cost if the surgery if I decided to have it done with Dr Gallerani . She said NO !! That was separate . That's when I knew this Dr is all about money he doesn't care if we are in pain and struggling with our savings to have the silicone removed. I dislike that Dr for that horrible greedy attitude . I chose Dr Katzen in Beverly Hills . I still not ready but getting closer to my goal . Dr Gallerani Sucks !!

You can't blame Dr Gallerani for your pain, high fees (my consult fee was put toward my surgery), your hotel costs etc. Dr G didn't tell you(& I) to get butt shots. He had nothing to do w/the bad choices we made. Yal think yal are gona come out of major surgery with a cute lil scar and blame the surgeons for everything. Hahaa Wake up and place blame on yourself firstly. He has plenty of people who are satisfied. To say he sucks is a joke! With that said, Dr Katzen seems to do good work and being that he accepts insurance (I think) you should go that route. It'll allow you to save your lil coins. Be blessed!

Dr Gallerani is not greedy. They are right there with you from start to finish. He’s aggressive because it needs to come out and hopefully not go through it again. Silicone whether in your butt, lips, or face is like diving into a bees nest. Most Dr’s don’t like to deal with it because it’s unpredictable. Dr Gallerani’s experience in the US is the best. Sending this type of surgery through insurance is not legal - not for the Doctor or patient. It’s cosmetic. It doesn’t save “coins” it leads to whole another set of problems financially.

If all the recipients of the fast cheap way to get them it… new that it would be Thousands of dollars and all that intails physically… I’d bet that would be a deterrent… I’m so pissed at myself thank you everyone for sharing your experiences…. Media really groomed and Punk’d us all… and watch
