Hey guys I’m so happy my butt looks better every day discoloration it’s going away! No more pain in legs!in 1 month I’m going to do so reconstruction with Dr.Gallerani I’ll keep you guys updated

Your Butt is really looking better and im glad you are feeling Healthy once again. Was the reconstruction charges separate?

He is not worth it I’m about to upload pictures of my reconstruction that he did once my review of Dr Gomez’s posts Dr Gomez is the only doctor has been able to fix my body and Dr Gallerani operated on me three times he is trash! And overcharging you twice the price when you can get it done in Columbia at Dr Gomez for half of that and look twice is good his work is subpar at best

Why dr Gallerani operated you 3 times ?
Because he did not remove the silicone fully in the first two surgeries and then did a reconstruction I just had another removal with Dr Gomez and another reconstruction now I am 95% silicone free when I went back to see him he was even surprised to see how much silicone he had left in me so obviously I didn’t let him touch me again

Omg Did you really go to Dr. Gallerani twice & he never fixed it?? I would love to go to Dr. Gomez, I’m just scared of going out the country esp with all the horrifying deaths that I hear about. But mine butt is really bad and Gallerani told me 22,000. I really want the best fixing. Not trying to go back twice and he still don’t fix it.
Does he remove it from legs or ankles like Dr katzen also?
He can remove it if your mri will show there is silicon

First I did Removel I remember like 98% what mri shows he did really good job and the second surgery was reconstruction
My legs are all discolored and stiff ankles that becelame cankles

Katzen quoted me $27k!!! That includes anesthesia and the OR fees. I’m so disappointed because he has gotten excellent reviews and during my consult, he said he would be able to do it using ultrasound guided liposuction :(

He removed almost everything I have small amount in my muscles on both side I want to remove it soon

So happy and blessed with my result !

Hey guys everything is going great so far i am 1 month post op I still have two drains because I was lately to active!I have so much energy after the surgery, because I was active my drains started fill up more then before ,so when I had appointment last Friday doctor told me to rest more and drink more protein that’s very important in your recovery process!So guys better if you done surgery like this more rest don’t be to active at least 2-3months!I’m so happy so blessed I find dr Gallerani he is the best he did amazing job!!and he is so nice his team is amazing!i forgot to say about hospital when he performs the surgery I was staying there for one night! I’m so happy I did surgery in this hospital I felt so safe the nurses were checked out me all the time bring me liquid food and water and juices,asked me if I’m ok and I need anything,I felt so good when I was there and dr Gallerani went to see me the same day afternoon surgery to make sure I’m ok!
Also I wanted to say about my scar the most of my material was in my hips that’s why scar like this so if you have material in the different parts of your buttocks the scar will be different bc he will need to cut it where is the material so he can take it out ,all cases is different ,no mater what scar will be he does very tiny incision so ones it’s heal ,and you will take care of it right not going to be noticeable also you can do scar tattoo camouflage on it I sow some amazing results!how the cover the scar with colour of your skin

Silicon Ingection Removel

Hey guys, I wanted to share my experience with Silicon Ingection removel with Dr. Gallerani I had my surgery at may 3 I am so happy with my results my situation was very bad the silicon was moving into my legs the most material I had in my hips, thanks god I removed it! Dr. Gallerani was so nice and always answered to all my questions and his team are very sweet always take care of me when I have follow up appointments :) I don’t regret that’s all his work worth all money I spent! I’m very happy with result and the scar he did!

It’s going great !!!after my removal next day I had a lot of energy I did not feel tired I was walking a lot like I never even done the surgery not pain nothing just most annoying of all process was drains I had them for 2 months !
Thank God you got it out ..I am on the journey to get mines removed out as well . I want to go to Dr G but he's so expensive so I may have to go to Colombia.. but I am always happy for anyone who get it removed out of the body because I know the pain and discomfort from the silicone

He did amazing job my case was not simple a lot of material started move on my hips if I was waiting more longer it’s could go to my legs also he accepted payments like if your surgery cost 20k you can make a schedule a year before like I did and make a payment each month before your surgery

Congratulations, I get so happy to see more women removing this venom with a successful story. I really wanted to go to Colombia to remove it but with so many obstacles in my life I may end up doing it go with Gallerani. I understand he is expensive but at the end leaving the country sums up to same. Samantha did you have a lot of product? Is there a reason why he didn’t do the top scar? I saw in a previous review that he cuts in the muddle of the cheeks, is that true?

I was thinking to go there too but it’s more safer I feel in USA !Yes I had like 600cc on each side also I had bbl before so it’s all mixed together.He did like this before I asked if it’s possible to do scar like this because I have modeling carrier and if I have scar at the middle it’s going to ruined my carrier he was so nice and kind he understood my situation and he did this scar I wanted!
Also the scar was like this because most of my material was on the side and hips each case is different so if you have silicon on the middle of your butt your scar will be different because he will needs to cut it different way to remove material

Where did he do the incision? I do see any scars across your buttocks which is great. But I seen his other work and some have it across. Thank you so much for responding this is so helpful
Don’t do baser lipo that makes it worst. Open procedure is recommended.
He did on the underwear line on the sides, every case is different that’s why different scar also most of the Selicon was on the side of the butt and in my hips and I asking if you could do the scar not that noticeable and he did amazing job!!! The incision he did is so tiny i even did not know it’s will be possible to do

He cut a lot my hips is so flat but butt not it’s has nice shape I playing to do reconstruction with him so I can fix my hips but I love how my butt looks but case was a little complicated because Selicon move to my hips he remove possible he could but it’s never will be 100% we going to to another mri to check but I feel great so far no pain anymore in my legs ,he removed 6 pounds
I had done surgery a month ago my butt is soft butt hips not yet but it’s getting better everyday the discoloration is going away slowly
