My experience with Dr Natalie and her remarkable team was exceptional from start to finish. I initially sought a second opinion but was immediately impressed by her depth of knowledge, professionalism, and reassuring manner, which gave me complete confidence in choosing her to perform my surgery. Her thoughtful guidance helped me refine my goals, and the result is beautifully natural and precisely what I had envisioned. The clinic itself is exquisite — calm, contemporary, and distinctly female-focused — creating an atmosphere of comfort and trust. Every member of the team was attentive and kind, with special thanks to Di, whose warmth and genuine helpfulness made the entire process feel effortless. From consultation through to recovery, the care I received was seamless, meticulous, and deeply personal. I am absolutely delighted with my outcome and would recommend Dr Natalie and her wonderful team without hesitation!

My experience with Dr Ngan and her team was amazing from beginning to end! I was so nervous for my first consultation, and Dr Ngan and her patient coordinator Di immediately put me at ease, and made me feel cared for. Dr Ngan gave me realistic expectations on what the results would look like, and answered all the questions I had. The surgery went really well, and I can’t fault the aftercare. I was provided with the post surgery bra, along with everything needed for scar care. This was a life changing surgery, and I would 100% recommend Dr Ngan to anyone wanting to feel cared for during the process.

I could not recommend Dr Ngan and her team more highly for a bilateral breast reduction. Every step of the way from the first phone call to enquire, the first in-person consult, surgery and post op appointments, I was met with nothing but warmth, empathy, understanding and joy - not just from Natalie but her whole team. As for the results, I'm infinitely more happy than I thought I'd be and I feel so much more myself - it's the best thing I've ever done. And I'll forever be grateful to Dr Ngan. The care package waiting in the hospital room was a reeeally nice and unexpected touch also. Thank you Dr Ngan!!

Natalie and Di have been amazing throughout the entire process, from consultation to post op. I couldn’t be happier with the service received. Quite simply, Dr Natalie Ngan is the best there is! I came to Dr Ngan's office through my breast cancer journey. After a few months of scans and biopsies, I was pretty fragile. I could not have found a better surgeon in Dr Ngan. She is warm and understanding with incredible empathy. She is highly professional, direct and does not over promise, she is real. Walking into Dr Ngan's rooms, I felt immediately calm, it is a lovely, comforting space, not cold and clinical. The pre-op process was fantatsic. Dr Ngan's team is first class. A special mention to Di Sharp, Dr Ngan's Patient Coordinator, who held my hand along the way. Exceptional communication, every interaction was so professional, yet caring and personal at the same time. A fully female team was not a pre-requisite for me, I didn't think I needed that, but I found it so incredibly supportive. There was a real comfort there that I did not expect but am so grateful for. My results have totally exceeded my expectations. Size, shape, symmetry is perfect. My procedure was a bilateral breast reduction (significant! almost 4kg removed) with an excisional biopsy. Dr Ngan is very clearly an outstanding surgeon, but her patient care sets her apart. Her care does not stop once surgery is done. It is so reassuring to know that she will be monitoring me for the next 12 months and I can call with even the smallest concern. Overall, I cannot recommend Dr Natalie Ngan highly enough to anyone considering breast surgery. Dr Ngan is nothing short of brilliant and has quite literally changed my life. I could not be more grateful.

Natalie is an exceptional surgeon. This was my second time trusting her, first with my weight loss journey and now with the management of my chronic condition, lipedema. From the very first appointment, she was warm, approachable, and genuinely compassionate toward the female body and the unique challenges it can face. What I love most about Natalie is that there’s no sense of hierarchy with her, when it comes to the female body and mind, she just gets it. She understands, relates, and makes you feel truly seen and heard. She explained everything clearly, listened to my concerns, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. She was uplifting and empowering, treating my body with respect and never making me feel rushed or dismissed. She even took the time to personally speak with my husband after surgery, explaining everything clearly and reassuring him, which meant so much to both of us. Her team reflected the same care and professionalism, creating an environment that felt safe and supportive. P.S. Di’s photography and organisation skills deserve a special mention , she makes things happen! I’m so glad you were there for my second round. I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Natalie and her team to anyone looking for a surgeon who is not only highly skilled but also deeply respectful and compassionate.

Had an amazing experience with Dr Natalie and her team. They were always there for me to answer any questions throughout my surgery journey. My incision scars are so neat and everything healed perfectly. They gave me great aftercare advice and products and were very thourough going through everything with me. Highly recommend for breast implants and abdominoplasty. They made the process not scary at all, I always felt comfortable. Also shoutout to St Vincents Private Hospital and the wonderful nurses there.

Where do I begin? I cannot condense how good of an experience I had in the limited form of a review. I've suffered from having large breasts for many, many years. They were not only contributing to my severe back pain and physical discomfort, but were also affecting my gender dysphoria immensely. I was literally in discomfort 24/7, in my own body, it felt like a prison I couldn't escape. Until, I met Dr. Natalie Ngan. Her team is kind, compassionate, respectful and efficient, and the space created in the office is a safe one. I walked in, and immediately felt at ease. As for Dr. Natalie Ngan herself, I could not have asked for a better person to have performed the surgery. She is wonderful, as a person, and as a professional. Easy to talk to, so confident and reassuring, kindhearted, highly skilled, passionate about her work, and has a genuine care for her patients. I trusted her completely, and since the operation, I feel like the version of myself I've always felt I've been. I feel free! I feel like myself. I couldn't be happier with the results.
