A Life Changing Experience

Quite simply, Dr Natalie Ngan is the best there is! I came to Dr Ngan's office through my breast cancer journey. After a few months of scans and biopsies, I was pretty fragile. I could not have found a better surgeon in Dr Ngan. She is warm and understanding with incredible empathy. She is highly professional, direct and does not over promise, she is real. Walking into Dr Ngan's rooms, I felt immediately calm, it is a lovely, comforting space, not cold and clinical. The pre-op process was fantatsic. Dr Ngan's team is first class. A special mention to Di Sharp, Dr Ngan's Patient Coordinator, who held my hand along the way. Exceptional communication, every interaction was so professional, yet caring and personal at the same time. A fully female team was not a pre-requisite for me, I didn't think I needed that, but I found it so incredibly supportive. There was a real comfort there that I did not expect but am so grateful for. My results have totally exceeded my expectations. Size, shape, symmetry is perfect. My procedure was a bilateral breast reduction (significant! almost 4kg removed) with an excisional biopsy. Dr Ngan is very clearly an outstanding surgeon, but her patient care sets her apart. Her care does not stop once surgery is done. It is so reassuring to know that she will be monitoring me for the next 12 months and I can call with even the smallest concern. Overall, I cannot recommend Dr Natalie Ngan highly enough to anyone considering breast surgery. Dr Ngan is nothing short of brilliant and has quite literally changed my life. I could not be more grateful.
