Amazing Experience

Natalie is an exceptional surgeon. This was my second time trusting her, first with my weight loss journey and now with the management of my chronic condition, lipedema. From the very first appointment, she was warm, approachable, and genuinely compassionate toward the female body and the unique challenges it can face.

What I love most about Natalie is that there’s no sense of hierarchy with her, when it comes to the female body and mind, she just gets it. She understands, relates, and makes you feel truly seen and heard. She explained everything clearly, listened to my concerns, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way.

She was uplifting and empowering, treating my body with respect and never making me feel rushed or dismissed. She even took the time to personally speak with my husband after surgery, explaining everything clearly and reassuring him, which meant so much to both of us.

Her team reflected the same care and professionalism, creating an environment that felt safe and supportive.

P.S. Di’s photography and organisation skills deserve a special mention , she makes things happen! I’m so glad you were there for my second round.
