CoolSculpting is a non-surgical procedure that uses a controlled device to freeze and destroy fat. Fatty areas are gently pinched between the CoolSculpting applicator, which cools the area to a temperature that causes fat cells to crystallize and die. This treatment isn't intended for massive weight loss, but for treating problem areas like loves handles, stomach rolls, and arm fat.

I have always had a little frame but after kids it has been impossible to get it back. I've worked out here and there but never see results. I was leaning toward a tummy tuck but cost, down time, and scar I thought this was a better option of it works. I went in got 4 treatments for price of... READ MORE

Hi everyone. I had my procedure done three days ago. I'm inspired by a lot of the posts on here so I've decided to document my experience. I hope that my results are as great as some of the ones I've already seen on this website. I first had a consultation with a certified Coolsculting... READ MORE

Last year I had lost about a total of 60 pounds and no matter how hard I tried, how clean I ate, or how much I worked out the stubborn pooch on my lower belly would not leave! As of right now I wouldn't consider anything invasive so that leaves out lipo and when I heard about cool sculpting I... READ MORE

Recently I was told by two different people to give Coolsculpting a try. Having put weight on in the past but been close to my 'ideal' healthy weight but certainly not 'shape' recently it has bothered me more than ever that my love-handles/flanks have been increasingly noticeable (well at... After 3 kids, I have a huge tummy that I can't seem to get rid of as you can see by my pictures. Chasing around 3 kids, doesn't leave a ton of time or motivation for exercise, but I am pretty active with them and eat a good diet, which helps in other areas of my body, just not the tummy. I... I have always suffered with love handles no matter how thin I was. After having my 3rd child I gained weight in my abdomen and more on my love handles. I am 5'4 and weigh 125lbs. I am getting the procedure done as I write this review. Just feels cold, no pain whatsoever. You feel some pulling at... READ MORE

I have wanted IPL for some time and from I have researched I think it will work for me; however, I do not see the need in putting in the money for my face unless the rest of me is in shape. I started goals today: losing 20 pounds then I will cool sculpt my love handles and get the IPL and hair... READ MORE

About 3 years ago I met my weight loss goal of -65 lbs to get to a normal healthy weight :-) This was done over a year and a half and was really through diet/exercise and I'll be honest, a ton of hard work changing habits and thought patterns. No magic there. So finally at my 'ideal weight'... READ MORE

Last year, I was a size 4 but had a little bulge on my lower abs that would not go away for years despite diet and exercise. Otherwise, I had a flat and tiny upper ab area and a little soft tissue on my upper flanks under my bra line. My local cosmetic office said I was a good candidate for... READ MORE

A few years ago I got serious about my fitness - I work out 3-5 days a week, eat healthy 80% of the time but I just could not get my stomach flatter or my thighs better! I've done squats, crunches, step ups - I joined a gym, have a personal trainer and yet.... so I went to see a doctor about... READ MORE

Just finished my cool sculpting session in which I had 6 areas of my abdomen treated with the small applicator. The RN arranged the treatment areas in a diamond shape that included 2 lower abdominal and 2 mid abdominal applications and then 2 for the flank areas. It took around 4-5 hours using... READ MORE

I got the procedure Tuesday, June 9th, making today the 6th day for me. After how much this website has helped me, I felt I owed my experience to the community as well. I got coolsculpting on my abdomen using 4 small applicators. The procedure itself, for me, not so bad. First seven minutes... READ MORE

I have always had saddlebags and love handles, even when I was a teenager with knobby knees. I was looking into surgical lipo but the price, anesthesia, risks and recovery didn't sound appealing. Plus, the result I am seeking is subtle and surgical lipo seemed like overkill. So here I am, Cool... READ MORE

My procedure it was done Wednesday I watched all the videos before I went but I have to say when I first put it on it was very painful and I did cry once I got through the first 10 minutes it was fine but then when they took it off it was even more painful and that lasted for about 20 minutes I... I had my procedure done at Ideal Image in Arlington, TEXAS. The office staff is really nice. The office itself is really clean. I was quick to be approved to do a 10 session procedures upper, lower abdomen and love handles, I did not see a doctor, there is no Doctors at the location. I spoke... READ MORE

So I went in knowing the possible outcomes so that prepared me to what was to come. I did a total of 8 applications (1 hour each) but they do two at a time. I did my bra line, love handles and my lower and upper abdomen. The temperature is put to -10 c. The first 5-10 minutes are pretty... READ MORE

I felt bloated and fat and as a long time sufferer of polycyst I was giving up hope , I went on my holiday to Thailand and I was shopping around for a dental procedure . The surgery here is very good by the way and I fell upon a sure that does cool sculpting . I felt only a slight bit of... READ MORE

I had my lower abdomen done with a large applicator. The initial suction part was uncomfortable and almost felt like it was hard to get a good breath since it was intensily sucking my abdomen. Once the cooling was on, i never felt cold. Instead, it was a light burning sensation. After about 15... READ MORE

For reference - I'm 25, 5' 4", 114 lbs (before and after), fairly active (i exercise about 4-5 days a week). I wanted to target my excess lower and upper abdomen fat.
