I have had so many issues since I had my implants I absolutely hate them. 295 silicone under the muscle (B cup before). They are saggy with nipples pointed down and look deformed when I flex and it really bothers me. Should I have them moved above the muscle? (I am thin) Or could I have them completely removed with a donut lift? I really want to avoid a full lift. I just want to look normal at this point. I feel my breasts looked better before the implants now. Please any advice is appreciated.
1.My chest muscles are annoyingly strong & are easily flexed. I'm scared when placing the implant under the muscle; I will develop a deformity when my muscle is flexed 2.I have been thinking 400ccs but I am now thinking I may need to go a bit bigger to solve my concerns? 3. My breast tissue is soft, and stretched from weight loss(prev 199lbs). 4. Ive been told a periareolar lift will help but Ive also been told that isnt needed. I will attach pictures of my goals as well. 56 130 lbs, 20yo
Im 1.5 months post op. My implants have dropped quite a bit with my left being slightly higher the entire process. I recently noticed a line/dent when I flex that side. Also, would I expect much change in shape still? I think I have snoopy breast? Lower tissue hangs down or whichever way I bend. Its not horrible but not my expected outcome. I had no upper pole volume after breastfeeding. Size 36/6 deflated. Had 371 ccs round silicone. Should I have gone bigger? Lift? Thanks
Breast augmentation 3 months ago. 400cc Silicone under the muscle. Moderate plus implant. They do not look right. I saw my Plastic Surgeon a month ago and he advised me to see what happens by 6 months. The deformity has gotten worse since I saw him. I just dont know what to do. Breast Aug June 7th.
Would dual plane 3 reduce it (compared w fully under)? Would reducing the strength of my chest muscles, by doing less chest weights, reduce it? Or would fat grafting to my cleavage hide it? Other ideas? (I understand I can't eliminate it with unders, just looking to minimise it!) Thank you!
1 year ago replaced saline with 421cc silicone. Right implant looks like it's sliding tward armpit when standing at rest, both look cut in half when I flex muscle. I'm active (boxing), but don't lift heavy weights. Both also rippling. What is best treatment? I now feel uncomfortable with original doctor and don't think I want him to attempt fixing it. Didn't have these problems w/ first Dr. & implants. Is this something that I need to see a specialist for? Do I bring it up with original doctor?
I am seeing my doctor for my 3 1/2 month follow up appointment. I consider myself having bad muscle flex deformity. I knew going into surgery that I had thin skin and under muscle was best. I also knew I had a wider cleavage but I wish the implants were slightly closer together. I am nervous to talk to my doctor about my concerns. I am afraid of the answer "it is normal" So my q is...how do I know if I should accept "it is normal" or if I should push for more answers/details.
