This patient had 13 year old TEXTURED silicone implants. They were removed via an en bloc total capsulectomy. Her right side was extremely encapsulated and there was a thick fluid noted within the capsule. Further testing will be performed. VIEW NOW

This patient recently had breast explant surgery in my office. She had TEXTURED Dow Corning silicone breast implants. An EN BLOC total capsulectomy was preformed. Significant gel bleed was noted. VIEW NOW
