Opening a breast implant capsule
In this video, I open the scar tissue that covers the implant (capsule) to reveal the breast implant. The implant is not ruptured and is soft, but the scar tissue was contracted and calcified which made the breast feel firm and look abnormal. VIEW NOW
Saline Implant Deflation (prior to removal or exchange)
