Breast Augmentation + Sports Bra Q&A

I've read up on these bras and pretty much everywhere I've read that you should use a compression bra? Can anyone help me here pls?

I am 2 weeks post op from breast augmentation. I was told I can wear any bra I'd like as long as its underwire free. I would like to know what the effects would be if I keep wearing the sports bra?

I am just wondering why some surgeons want their patients to do different things when it comes to bras after breast augmentation. I know a lot of surgeons recommend that a patient wears a surgical bra or some type of sports bra following a breast augmentation and others say that no bra should be worn for a couple of weeks. What method provides the better outcome?

I realised I bought the wrong size for my sports bra and I don't want to waste it so I will probably use it for lower impact workouts however I'm not too sure if wearing a smaller sized sports bra will cause breasts to sag and have stretch marks? Hope you can help thanks!

When can someone return to a normal life after fat transfer breast augmentation, such as wearing a sports bra or bra that squeezes the breast, sleeping on side or stomach, sex, those types of things? Thank you.

I bought a Leonisa posture bra to wear post-op, but I also want to wear my padded front closure sports bras as well. Do I need to remove the padding, or is it okay to leave in? The nurse told me I needed something a little tighter that pushed my breasts together slightly & the surgical bra they initially provided for me didnt have enough compression to do so. Im also currently wearing a band 24/7.

Providing support or compression? I'm asking the question because my current one (sports bra) is a bit too tight on me, and I'm worried about the blood circulation of my new breasts. It becomes really uncomfortable when sleeping. Would it be ok if I just use one that is loose enough to provide support only, but not compression? Thank you!

When can i wear underwired and push up bras? Now i am 11 weeks after surgery, i cant ask my doctor, in my country(smaller country in Europe actually) doctors are different for communication with patients , thats why i must inform like this about everything . Im just back from getting my breast augmentation done in Brussels, my surgery was performed yesterday afternoon and I was send back to the hotel with my scars not covered. The surgeon put the stitches and some glue on them so that I can shower straight away. Still Im concerned about this getting infected as there is nothing covering them. The sports bra that Im wearing (was told to wear it night and day for the next 6 weeks) has the elastic right on my scars, Should I protect them better?
