What cosmetic procedures are safe while breastfeeding? I would love to have Botox and fillers but I've seen that they are not recommended. I really need something to address my wrinkles and volume loss. Thank you.
I have been getting regular botox +fillers for over a decade(very natural look, I'm about preservation not transformation).I also get regular light peels and IPL.I am now pregnant,& I am hoping to breastfeed too, so in theory, I will be 12-18 months without botox. I am terrified I will look about 100! I have the best skincare, so I am covered on that front, but there is nothing quite like a bit of tox for a fresh-face.WHAT- if anything can i do to preserve my lovely skin whilst pregnant/feeding?
My dermatologist administered Botox. I'm currently breast feeding and the Dr. assured that it doesn't affect breast feeding. After I came home to my horror internet search resulted in various sites saying Botox should not be done when breast feeing. I complained to the dr. and he says since its been siginificantly diluted it should be ok. Should I be concerned? To be careful I've avoided breast feeding today. Please advise if breast feeding can be contined.
I had 30 units of Botox injected into my fine line last week, I am currently breastfeeding my 7.5 month old however since the procedure 6 days ago I have been using expressed frozen milk. What are the most current research studies regarding Botox and breastfeeding? Am I okay to continue? I dont particularly want my journey to end. I feel I should have done more research! Would you continue? Do you know of anyone who has continued or any case of problems passed to the baby?
I have had Botox on my face and am still breastfeeding my eleven month old. I am now panicked that something is going to happen. Please can you advise if Botox will travel to his system and affect him? He has been very sick and also has a pale stool three days after the treatment.
