The swelling in my eyes just dont seem to be getting better. I had my eyes done before and it wasnt this swollen at six weeks. Is it because it was a revision? I am stressed out and feeling extremely conscious about my eyes and dont feel like going anywhere.
I feel the weigh on my lid every time I open my eyes and my eyes look very odd...I feel there is sth not right. It has been nearly 6 weeks. I know I have swelling so that's ok about symmetry but what is that thing? And it shows even more because I have a hollow on top of this skin hanging...it makes even worse. Has the doc forgotten to move fat around or forgotten to cut skin....I don't know... I would appreciate any kind of insight... Thank you.
the height of crease discussed with my surgeon having 5-6mm which is moderate. Time of surgery he said because I was a contact lense wearer my tendon had stretched in my right eye and had to be repaired I'm not sure why my right eye is like this now it looks bigger and more hollow:(it's a little difficult to look up iv not contacted him yet as I'm trying to be patient it has now been 1mth 2wks also I have formed 2 little bumps on my left crease feels tender when I massage what could this be too?
I got Asian double eyelid and epicanthoplasty performed 6 weeks ago. Not only do I notice that my eyelids are uneven (my right eye's crease is too small and I'm afraid it might get smaller as time goes on). My inner corners from epi are different. The right eye's inner corner looks sharper. While the left eye's inner corner looks more rounded. Will I need an epi reversal as well as a revision for my eyelids in the future? I really do not want to go through surgery again. :(
I got asian double eyelid surgery one and a half month ago, and since the start, they were very red. As per the doctor's instructions, I have been massaging them and taking vitamin C supplements, but the redness is still pretty evident. I suspect that I may be allergic to the sutures? Because some weeks ago, I also developed a bump along the incision line, but it faded after a while. I asked my surgeon, and he said the redness was common among asian skin? How long will it take to fade?
