OH HAPPY DAY!! September 5, 2025 was my one year facelift anniversary with the world renowned Dr. Kevin Sadati. I celebrated this day with a more youthful appearance and confidence…that “pep in your step” attitude and energy. Dr. Sadati’s skillful hands and artistic eye eliminated the damage caused by years of smoking and sun worshipping. Thanks to him, I no longer see that 73 year old woman looking back at me in the mirror. His ability to keep one’s face so “natural” is a talent not all plastic surgeons possess. There are many five star reviews about Dr. Sadati…all complimenting him, his practice, his staff, the location, the elegant interior, etc…it’s all TRUE! If you want to know more about him, his personality and proof of his work, then follow him on social media. I did! I followed Dr. Sadati for one and a half years. My in-person consultation with him went extremely well and by the time I left his practice, arrangements were in place to proceed with the surgery. From that day forward, never once did I doubt my choice of surgeons for my facelift surgery nor was I ever fearful of my upcoming surgery! The staff with whom I had the most contact with were Daisy, Janet and Tim. All three of them, in their respective roles, worked towards a common goal…to ensure that I had a pleasant and stress-free facelift journey. They were warm and welcoming from my initial phone contact with Tim, consultation day and throughout the rest of the journey. I felt valued and cared for by all three of them. To aid with the healing process, the hyperbaric oxygen mobile unit was strongly suggested by Dr. Sadati and his staff. I purchased a five session package and was pleased that I did because after the first session, I looked forward to the other four. The operator of the mobile unit, Andrew, was so kind and gentle with me. Andrew assisted me in and out of the unit and continually monitored the session with lots of smiles and thumbs up! (and gum! LOL) Even though we lived in the north Phoenix area, it was not difficult to secure lodging. We rented a VRBO for 2 weeks, about a 10-12 drive from The Gallery of Cosmetic Surgery. My husband was my caregiver during my recovery. Having been a healthcare provider himself, he made certain he followed the daily instructions to a “T.” As I continue to celebrate this journey, I will be forever grateful to this lovely group of people…Dr. Sadati and his team.

I am a 51 year old mother of two. I had a deep plane face and neck lift, temporal brow lift, buccal fat removal and CO2 laser resurfacing on my face, neck and chest. From my initial consultation to my two month post op appointment, each visit with Dr. Sadati and his staff was welcoming and exciting. I knew going into this journey that there would be uncertainty with what to expect and a little bit of fear of the unknown. The first interaction I had with Dr. Sadati, he eased my nerves with his polite and professional introduction and kind smile. He's so great at explaining every detail, even before you ask questions. He seems to take the approach of 'knowledge is comfort' and so he ensures you know what is currently happening with the anatomy of your face and how the surgery will improve your appearance. He takes the time to explain how we age, what happens to our face and in what order. He goes into great detail regarding the surgery itself and what the end result will be. He uses a hands on demonstration to show you the movement of your face highlighting what it is you want to change, providing a visual understanding. Dr. Sadati is honest and will tell you if you are not a candidate for a procedure you are consulting about, possibly advising you to wait. He may also suggest something you didn't take into consideration (because you just don't know.) He is an artist. He is a sculptor and a painter and with these talents, he is able to artistically sculpt the face without making you look pulled, stretched, weird or different. His surgical approach aligns with a very natural appearance as opposed to a filtered and perfected result. In my research, I noticed all of his patients still looked like themselves following surgery and not different or like a distant relative. Quite honestly, just better. The protocol leading up to the day of surgery is very specific to ensure a smooth, comfortable and quick recovery. From two weeks prior to your surgery to 10 weeks following, they provide very detailed instructions and a calendar that outlines what you do each day (and it is important to follow the instructions as they help to avoid bruising, swelling, scaring and any discomfort that may come into play). For me personally, I had no pain, which was wild to wrap my head around. Honestly. There was no real pain at all where the incisions were and I was really just uncomfortable having to keep the wrap on my head and having to sleep on my back as I am a side sleeper. No sharp, shooting, stabbing, burning pain of any kind. Currently, I am 3 months post op and I am still a little numb in areas but it's nothing notable. I would absolutely do this again without hesitation and only with Dr. Sadati. In my search for the right doctor, I had a couple consultations with other surgeons in the area as well as a telehealth consult with a doctor in Arizona. I circled back to Dr. Sadati because of his qualifications, immense knowledge, honesty and overall demeanor which encompasses his bedside manner. He is very down to earth yet clearly an expert in his field. He is highly respected by so many doctors in the industry. He has a calming presence and made me feel at ease every time I came into the office. His social media account is very educational, informative and engaging as he takes time to address and interact with his followers. This surgery is far more serious in my opinion than any other elective cosmetic surgery because it's your face. It's everything. You cannot hide under a baggy sweatshirt if you are not satisfied with the end result. The doctor you choose to modify your face has to be the best in his trade. Dr. Sadati is a gift to all of us!

Let me start off by saying that Dr Sadati literally saved my life and Ill explain how. I am a 60 year old yoga instructor from the Seattle area. I am fit, eat healthy, drink moderately and I'm into life extension research. I feel great, but had some sagging in the lower part of my face and hooded eyes, that made me look older than I felt. I didn't wanna feel 45 but look 60. If I could only reverse the clock 10 years or so, I'd be great. That's when I started researching facelifts. I consumed as much info as I could over a period of months and decided Dr Kevin Sadati was the man for the job. He's an artist, he's very meticulous and presented very well. I flew out to see him and after a preop interview, he told me that I needed to get a medical clearance, to make sure I had no unknown medical issues. I really thought this was quite unnecessary, because I was in excellent physical condition. I was a specimen of course. After years of yoga, exercising and eating right, how could anything be wrong with me? Well surprise, surprise. After my preop checkup, it was determined that I had some underlying heart issues and had to have open heart surgery. I was shocked to say the least, so I had to postpone my surgery with Dr Sadati and take care of the pressing issue first. I had no clue that I had any medical issues and felt great but needed this life saving surgery. There was no other option. I had the heart surgery and everything went well. I healed with the help of my wife and kids and came back to see Dr Sadati. I tease him all the time, saying how not only did he save my life, but how he turned the clock back on me 10 to 15 years. I now look how I feel and feel how I look. During the surgery, immediately after and now a year later, I was treated like part of the GCS Family. The entire staff is kind, caring and attentive. Other than not being able to sleep the first night, I had no pain greater than a 4 out of 10, which was manageable with Tylenol. I had a deep plane face and necklift, with fat grafting and blepharoplasty. The swelling was kinda crazy the first week, but after a couple weeks, you really couldn't notice anything had been done. The Doctor and staff told me to take it easy and just relax the first few days. I loved seeing their expressions when I would come in for a postop appointment and I told them I was sore from horseback riding the night before, or tumbling on a trampoline. I was joking of course, but they were so much fun. My entire experience has been excellent, and I can't say enough good things about the doctor and staff. I would highly recommend Dr Sadati to anyone considering cosmetic surgery, who wants to be treated by the best in the field.
