Let me start off by saying that Dr Sadati literally saved my life and Ill explain how. I am a 60 year old yoga instructor from the Seattle area. I am fit, eat healthy, drink moderately and I'm into life extension research. I feel great, but had some sagging in the lower part of my face and hooded eyes, that made me look older than I felt. I didn't wanna feel 45 but look 60. If I could only reverse the clock 10 years or so, I'd be great. That's when I started researching facelifts. I consumed as much info as I could over a period of months and decided Dr Kevin Sadati was the man for the job. He's an artist, he's very meticulous and presented very well. I flew out to see him and after a preop interview, he told me that I needed to get a medical clearance, to make sure I had no unknown medical issues. I really thought this was quite unnecessary, because I was in excellent physical condition. I was a specimen of course. After years of yoga, exercising and eating right, how could anything be wrong with me?
Well surprise, surprise. After my preop checkup, it was determined that I had some underlying heart issues and had to have open heart surgery. I was shocked to say the least, so I had to postpone my surgery with Dr Sadati and take care of the pressing issue first. I had no clue that I had any medical issues and felt great but needed this life saving surgery. There was no other option.
I had the heart surgery and everything went well. I healed with the help of my wife and kids and came back to see Dr Sadati.
I tease him all the time, saying how not only did he save my life, but how he turned the clock back on me 10 to 15 years. I now look how I feel and feel how I look.
During the surgery, immediately after and now a year later, I was treated like part of the GCS Family. The entire staff is kind, caring and attentive. Other than not being able to sleep the first night, I had no pain greater than a 4 out of 10, which was manageable with Tylenol. I had a deep plane face and necklift, with fat grafting and blepharoplasty. The swelling was kinda crazy the first week, but after a couple weeks, you really couldn't notice anything had been done. The Doctor and staff told me to take it easy and just relax the first few days. I loved seeing their expressions when I would come in for a postop appointment and I told them I was sore from horseback riding the night before, or tumbling on a trampoline. I was joking of course, but they were so much fun.
My entire experience has been excellent, and I can't say enough good things about the doctor and staff. I would highly recommend Dr Sadati to anyone considering cosmetic surgery, who wants to be treated by the best in the field.

I am 71 years old and wanted to regain a more youthful appearance. Looking online at Dr. Sadati’s before and after photos and watching his videos on social media I decided to contact his office to inquire about having a preservation neck and face lift. After meeting with Dr. Sadati and some of his staff, I decided to go with him with no reservations. My aesthetic journey from beginning to end with Dr. Sadati, and the staff I met… Tim, Janet, Jocelyn, Daisy, Katie and Rhonda were exceptional. They made me feel valued and respected. Having aesthetic surgery elsewhere in the past, the contrast between Dr. Sadati and his staff was nothing short of remarkable in comparison to the other. Dr. Sadati is not only a gifted surgeon but he is a shrewd businessman. His facility is first class. Organizational aspects of the business reflect great organization, communication and instructions. And finally and more importantly, Dr. Sadati is genuine. A man with profound humility and kindness. Something one does not see often. A true gentleman in every sense of the word.

Let me start this review by saying I'd give Dr Sadati a 100 star rating if I could!

Three years ago I began my internet search with: "natural looking facelift" and found Dr Sadati.

I then began to follow his social media, seeing the amazing results he was getting for his patients. I researched him further and found that besides being a facial plastic surgeon, he's Board Certified in Otolaryngology as well as being an expert in ethnic skin. Both of those things were especially important in my decision making process.

Finally in January of this year, I had my online consultation with him (I'm 6 hours away from him in Northern Arizona) sharing my concerns about my jowls and the extra skin under my chin. Dr Sadati agreed I was a good candidate for a neck lift and deep plane facelift. When we met in-person two days prior to my surgery, he looked at my skin and bone structure and within a few minutes could tell by looking at me that I had Cherokee Indian in my bloodline - and with that he informed me that he could not do the C02 laser on me as initially planned as it had the potential to damage my olive pigment, and would need to do a chemical peel instead.

The night prior to surgery, the anesthesiologist reached out to me, wanting to be sure he answered any questions I might have about the twilight sedation and at that time I did not.

The next morning I was put under special lights to cut the bacterial load on my skin and met with the anesthesiologist (sorry, can't recall his name, but he was great too). I asked him "what happens if I wake up during the procedure?" He explained since I'd be under twilight sedation and wouldn't be intubated (as done under general anesthesia) and it would be easy for me to speak up if needed and to simply say "I can hear you".
After that, I walked with the nurse and my IV into the surgical suite and laid down on the table. Shortly thereafter (or so it seemed) I woke up saying "I can hear you!" and then heard a few voices say "we're all done!"

After my procedure, I was driven home by my surgical nurse Jocelyn, who I had stay with me the first night after surgery. She took great care of me, and drove me to my appointment with Dr Sadati the next morning. She was also able to review the med list and care instructions with my husband so he was completely dialed in as to what I needed and when I needed it.

About 5 days post op, the swelling I was experiencing under my chin started to make me really uncomfortable and anxious. As soon as I let Dr Sadati know about it, he suggested I do Hyperbaric Oxygen Tank Therapy which made all the difference AFTER MY VERY FIRST TREATMENT! I underwent 5 days of 2 hour HBOT treatments and all I can say is WOW! So thankful for Andrew at The Hyperbarics! So convenient too. Andrew and his mobile HBOT pulled up right outside of the villas where I was staying and I was able to just walk outside my door and into the oxygen tank for this valuable treatment that was so instrumental in my healing process.

Overall, the whole experience was great. The care and treatment I received from Dr Sadati and his entire staff, including Andrew at The Hyperbarics was phenomenal.

I'm only a little over 4 months out now and not even completely done with my healing process, but am incredibly happy with what I'm seeing thus far.

After going through this entire process I now understand why Dr Sadati is considered one of the top docs in Orange County.

Dr. Sadati and his staff were amazing. Very, very happy with my results. I would highly recommend him. Very natural results. I consulted with 3 doctors before choosing him, I couldn’t be happier with my decision.

I searched for over a year for a face lift doctor and once you see Dr. Sadatis before and afters well it’s inevitable that he was my 1st choice. I proceeded with my “deep plain face and neck lift” I’m 51, and although everyone told me I didn’t need it, now 2 months after my surgery they are wowed and amazed that he took at least 20 years off my face and neck. I was there yesterday looking at my before and after and I literally look like I could be my before’s daughter! And I’m the harshest critic! My husband can’t stop raving about me, and friends agree I made a great investment as I look now as young as I feel. I loved every minute from walking into his consultation to the booking, to even the payment options. They give you everything to prepare you to have the least down time and on surgery day I felt I was in the best hands and I was 100% correct. After my results my family members and friends are choosing Dr. Sadati. He is the best and his price is very affordable, not insane like those instagram doctors who only show their ratings however their before and after are nothing to write home about, Dr. Sadati is really the best and his staff is wonderful and supportive and help you every step of the way. I can go on and on, but I’ll keep it short and just say what are you waiting for? You feel young, when you walk by that mirror, you will smile with pride and feel There she is!! My experience with Dr.Sadati was amazing from start to finish. The consultation was thorough, informative and zero pressure. I settled on a deep plane face and neck lift and a temporal brow lift. The surgery went very well. I felt a bit sick from the anesthesia and Dr Sadati FaceTimed me on a Sunday (my surgery was on Saturday) to ease my worries and make sure I was ok. All of my post op appointments were routine as I had no problems at all. Im now 6 months post op and couldn't be happier. I look refreshed and younger. I was very worried about looking pulled and I do not! I still look like myself. I look on the outside like I felt on the inside. Dr Sadati is a true artist. His entire team is professional, kind and welcoming.

Tim at reception always greets me as if he's known me for years and is always so cheerful.
The medical assistants are very informative and encouraged me to call if I had any questions.
The Dr is in tune with concerns and has a warm bedside manner.
The surgery was so convenient and private in very comfortable surroundings right at the same office with a incredible nursing staff.
Dr Sadati has many talents and sculpting my nose was one of them.

I had been insecure of my neckline my entire life and am so happy I finally did something about it. The confidence it has given me was worth every single penny! I have never had plastic surgery before and did not take choosing my surgeon lightly. I am SO happy I chose Dr. Sadati.

My consultation with Dr. Sadati was straight and to the point, which I think was more so because he was my third consultation and at that point, he affirmed everything the other surgeons had told me. He answered all of my questions and Janet was amazing with clearly outlining all the logistics I would need to know (pricing, recovery, scheduling, etc). Huge shoutout to Janet in general for being so responsive with all of my questions before and after surgery.

I went in requesting a chin implant and ended up also having neck liposuction and buccal fat removal along with it, based on Dr. Sadati’s recommendation. I was initially uneasy about “adding on procedures” but ultimately trusted Dr. Sadati’s expertise. I am so happy I went with all three procedures because I am so happy with the results. He is the expert and it took a lot of faith in trusting what he thought was best for me and I am SO happy I did. I am elated with the final results and would not have achieved them without his recommendations.

The surgery and recovery went seamlessly. The team really takes a holistic approach, prepping you extremely well before the surgery in terms of eating, exercise, and vitamins/supplements. I hardly had any bruising, which is pretty incredible! The after care was seamless as well, with the team taking such great care of me at my follow up appointments and being available for questions after hours. I felt so taken care of the entire time!

Overall, I would absolutely recommend Dr. Sadati and his team. I truly think I now look exactly how I was always supposed to look! My results are natural and just what I wanted.

I am beyond grateful that I did my research and found Dr. Sadati. First of all he made me feel at ease right away once I met him and I couldn’t wait to get my procedure done. I had some complications after surgery (I had a lot of scar tissue from a lipo I had many years ago that I completely forgot about) my body happens to create scar tissue on its own, and that caused complications. Dr. Sadati was so patient and kept taking his time to get it under control. My body put up a fight, but Dr. Sadati ultimately got the results we were both after. He went above and beyond to take care of me. I saw my before pictures yesterday at my one year appointment, I couldn’t believe what I saw. The best reason to go to Dr. Sadati in my opinion is that his work is super natural and undetectable. Most people in my life have no idea I had a facelift and I’d like to keep it that way. Everyone says I look better, but no one knows why. I can’t possibly recommend Dr. Sadati highly enough.

For almost a year I've been following Dr. Kevin Sadati on IG and watching his before and after videos. After much research on different techniques and experience, I chose to entrust my face with Dr. Sadati. I couldn't be happier with my results! From the 1st consultation to the 2 month post op photo apt, I have felt heard, important and treated with so much care. I had a brow lift, deep plane face and neck lift with c02 laser resurfacing. My recovery was manageable with minimal pain meds. The after care products are now incorporated into my daily routine. Trust the process and don't judge your healing journey until your final 2 month post op. I don't have that "pulled" look and if you were meeting me for the first time, you wouldn't be able to tell I've had work done. My 33 yo son turned to his girlfriend and said "Doesn't my mom look younger? You look young, Mom" I simply said "well thank you!" He had no idea nor did she, that i've had work done. Now that's the key to a remarkable surgeon! Thank you Dr. Sadati and his staff!
