Chin implant, neck liposuction & buccal fat removal - best decision

I had been insecure of my neckline my entire life and am so happy I finally did something about it. The confidence it has given me was worth every single penny! I have never had plastic surgery before and did not take choosing my surgeon lightly. I am SO happy I chose Dr. Sadati.

My consultation with Dr. Sadati was straight and to the point, which I think was more so because he was my third consultation and at that point, he affirmed everything the other surgeons had told me. He answered all of my questions and Janet was amazing with clearly outlining all the logistics I would need to know (pricing, recovery, scheduling, etc). Huge shoutout to Janet in general for being so responsive with all of my questions before and after surgery.

I went in requesting a chin implant and ended up also having neck liposuction and buccal fat removal along with it, based on Dr. Sadati’s recommendation. I was initially uneasy about “adding on procedures” but ultimately trusted Dr. Sadati’s expertise. I am so happy I went with all three procedures because I am so happy with the results. He is the expert and it took a lot of faith in trusting what he thought was best for me and I am SO happy I did. I am elated with the final results and would not have achieved them without his recommendations.

The surgery and recovery went seamlessly. The team really takes a holistic approach, prepping you extremely well before the surgery in terms of eating, exercise, and vitamins/supplements. I hardly had any bruising, which is pretty incredible! The after care was seamless as well, with the team taking such great care of me at my follow up appointments and being available for questions after hours. I felt so taken care of the entire time!

Overall, I would absolutely recommend Dr. Sadati and his team. I truly think I now look exactly how I was always supposed to look! My results are natural and just what I wanted.
