Hello! Thank you for your question. Your photos are a bit hard to decipher but it does look like you would benefit from a lift. The issue is that you have saline implants above the muscle, making a lift challenging for recovery. The safest option for you would honestly be to 2 stage. Undergo implant exchange with movement of implant from above to below the muscle. And if you need later on the lift will be much safer. Hello - thank you for your question. I think if you choose a full implant I think you may get some great results without a lift. You do not burn any bridges and can get a lift later, but if that is a possibility I would recommend you undergo an augmentation under the muscle. Your nipple is at or above your crease under your breast so I'm not sure a lift is absolutely necessary.

You should be sized by your surgeon, with your chest width being considered in your implant options. Ergonomix is more anatomically shaped and the round will give more upper pole fullness so your desire for either should guide your choice. Thank you for your question. It may be that you need revision of the space around the implants to allow the implants to lower. It may be that the mastopexy requires revision with the implant revision. It is hard to tell from the photos if mastopexy revision is needed vs. just lowering the implants. You have nice appearing tissues so it is possible you may be able to consider Liposuction, but this is not typically the modality used to address weight loss changes. Hello and thank you for your question. You should be sized by your plastic surgeon prior to determining the appropriate implant size to meet your goals. The 625 cc Motiva implant has a 14cm width and that width needs to fit your chest dimensions for the implant to fit you. Sizing is done with implants to match your options or with computer technology. You may benefit from a different Motiva implant or maybe even another company's implant to achieve the projection you desire in a diameter that makes sense for your body. Hello. Motiva implants are great and particularly if you are going over the muscle they are less prone to contracture. The sizes are not super far off. The full will be more projected than demi.
