I am Registered Nurse/ first assistant and have practiced for 30 years. When I decided to have cosmetic surgery, I was diligent in choosing the best surgeon I could find, asking hospital staff and friends who were familiar with the procedures and results. Traveling a long distance for pre and post op care was worth the effort. My experience is worth sharing with you. To the very best plastic surgeon: Dr Sadati and I agreed to a Preservation Deep Plane Face and Neck lift and Fat Grafting to my face. The pre operative preparation was more than I expected in the best way….,,meds to decrease bruising and inflammation the week before, IV hydration and blue light for infection control day of surgery, MAC anesthesia (not general), and 5 days of O2 therapy to enhance post op healing. I have worked in a number of plastic surgery centers and never saw such comprehensive care for patients. The staff was wonderful and all were very focused on my individual needs and questions. It was worth the extra planning for long distance care. I highly recommend a visit to Dr Sadati.

I am 73 and it’s been 3 months since Dr. Kevin Sadati performed my surgery. I had a deep plane facelift, neck lift, brow lift, upper lip lift, my earlobes repaired and reshaped, and Fraxel CO2 laser on my face, neck, and chest. I had several procedures done all at once so it has been quite a process for sure; but when I look in the mirror I am amazed and truly love what he has been able to do for me. His talented team of people in his office and the surgical team worked with me every step of the way. They are incredibly organized and there was never a question of what I should do next, from surgery preparation all the way through every detail of recovery. I am a 69 year old I have good skin but I started to see saggy skin on my checks and neck, so I felt it was time for me to do something about it. I have been reviewing and doing my home work for the past year and I finally decided to go with Dr Sadati for 2 reasons, price was reasonable compared to the other 2 that I got quotes from, and when I went and consult with him, I felt that he was genuine and he knows what he was taking about, his reviews was also very good. His staff was outstanding starting with Heather, the one that scheduled my surgery, the nurse that helped with the surgery and Arian the medical consultant that was with me all the time starting the day of the surgery until today sending me texts and emails giving me instructions and making sure that I am doing well.
