I also have to be prepared for the unexpected such as previous treatments the patient has had in her face such as threads, fillers, láser, radiofrequency, previous surgeries and for the neck liposuction or other previous surgery… I have to operate on patients who have a good health status and no smokers to avoid complications.

I saw Dr. Sigler back in June 2023 for brow bone reduction and a septorhinoplasty. I’ve never seen a cis woman with as deep of a prominent brow boen as me and it’s made me insecure for a while about being a woman.
