During consults for rhinoplasty it was suggested I have a jaw implant in addition. I than explained I have an overbite and would fix it. I had braces, an expander, retainer, and headgear for 6 years. I have narrow arches, tmj, and a receded jaw 50% or more overbite. What is the best treatment for this? Jaw surgery and braces?
