I'm currently on my 8th week of roaccutane. The first 4 weeks were 30mg and seen my skin get worse. After week 4 I started on 70mg and now have seen my skin get much much worse. My acne was loacalised to my chin and chest but now I have it on my cheeks, neck, chin, forehead and jaw. Why is this happening and when should I get concerned. My lips are so dry they constantly crack and extremely painful. I can't eat in public as my skin around my mouth cracks and flakes with the movement of eating.
I understand that you should take accutane tablets with the fattiest and Highest calorie meal per day to promote max absorption. I dont often eat typically high fat foods but I do take an blackmores omega 3 supplement after breakfast each day. Im wondering whether any breakfast (usually eggs and toast or a fruit smoothie) + the omega 3 supplement will do the same as a fatty meal/food in facilitating max absorption? Or should I just try to incorporate a high fat meal once per day instead?
I got prescribed 40mg accuntane for my moderate/severe cystic acne. So far I'm two weeks in and my breakouts have just been getting worse. I hope this goes away soon. Anyways I'm not sure if I should be taking my Accutane before, during, or after my meal. I usually take it before or during. Which is best for better absorption?
I am currently on accutane and have noticed the keto diet has helped my PCOS/ hypothyroidism and would like to continue keto while on the round of accutane but my dermatologist has instructed me to come off leto bc of the strain it puts on the liver but I would like some more opinions on this. Thank you!
Is having olive oil with your vegetables sufficient? Is hard-boils eggs OK to eat every day with claravis? i am unable to have peanuts so I am trying to find healthy fatty foods for better absorption of claravis.

(4)Moisture is necessary on accutane?my dermatologist didin`t said anything about moisture , will my acne past faster if I don`t moisture? (5)After a accutane treatment it is possible to leave scars? If yes how do i treat those? Thank you so much!
