Yes, FUE using the uGraft has a great capacity in the use of many different types of donor hair. Typically, the scaring is not cosmetically significant when the healing is complete. Sometimes, a resurfacing laser may be used to accelerate the smoothing of the donor area — In fact, in selected patients, beard hair is a viable secondary source to scalp hair. I have successfully performed a uGraft FUE hair transplant that largely depended on the use of beard hair as a donor source. more
