I am 27 days post FUE operation. I am taking Priorin vitamins for 6 months as my doctor prescribed. He also recommends to take Finasteride tablets but I read some bad side effects like sexual hormone levels. I used Minoxidil before and it didn't help at all. Can i only use the vitamin pills without anything else or is it better to use the pills?
Hello doctors! 23 days ago I had FUE (3500 grafts). My donor area is still very red. Also sometimes it is itching a lot. My doctor told me that this is completely normal and it will take some time to disappear. However, I think that it is unusual. Should I use some ointments which can help me to reduce this redness? Or maybe some other medications? Thanks for your help!
It is 27 days since FUE with 3300 grafts transplanted to the front and top. I have noticeable bald spots on the sides which look really shabby. My clinic is telling me that it is normal. I want to ask the experts in this forum anyway. 1. The transplanted hair appears to be growing. Is this normal? If it is, is there a chance that they will not fall out at all? Or will they surely fall soon? 2. I believe the donor area has been overharvested. Do you agree? Thank you.
Im now 30 days post FUE and disappointment with my donor area. Will my donor stay permanently that thin? If so, I should of done FUT procedure instead as I now see my scalp :( Unless thats shock loss... Pls help! Thx
I had an FUE hair transplant procedure just under one month ago, with 2000 grafts along my hairline. At this point there is significant shock loss which has made the area patchy and unpleasant to look at. I've been gently clipping the area with a small pair of scissors recently, but is it possible for me to (very carefully) use a gilette multi-blade razor to shave down the recently grafted hairs until they fully sprout?
One month post op after 500 graft FUE with 0.85mm punch, I have gaps in my hair where the follicles were removed. I don't think there is any hypopigmentation, fortunately, but the fact is my doctor told me there would no visible signs of FUE treatment when I shave my hair down. Its only been one month. Will things improve over the next year (i.e. will those gaps contract, or dormant hairs grow into those spaces)? I don't want SMP, but I need a solution. Would body hair transplant work?
I got a FUE hair transplant 47 days ago. I'm having an issue. I feel some bumps at the very back of my head where my head touches the pillow (pictures included). Ive been feeling these for quite some time. I've continued to sleep on my back but have now shifted to sleeping on my side. I thought these bumps would go away but they have not. Will these bumps go away on their own or should I be taking antibiotics. Will this effect my final results? Thanks for your responses doctors.
