How to Remove Dark Spot from Silver Piercing?
I had a nose piercing and unfortunately made the mistake of wearing silver stud. It oxidized and now that I've taken out the ring, there is a dark spot. I believe it is argyria. I tried using hydroquinone to remove the spot, but to no avail.
Are there other options, topical or surgical that I can do? Thanks in advance.

Scar revision and punch excision for piercing scar
Tattoo lasers will likely not remove the metallic pigment. I would advise you to undergo a small punch excision and revision of the scar.

Spot on nose
You might try a laser to lighten the spot. Depending upon the color, there are several different lasers that can treat this area rather well.
