Cost of Suture Technique Only for Bulbous Tip? (photo)

How much is suture technique alone? I had a nose job 15 years ago -- swelling lasted years and while other aspects of my nose improved, the bulbous tip looks worse. Given the fraction of time suturing takes and the fact that we're talking stitches (however artfully placed) the cost must be less. Please don't suggest full rhinoplasty. I'm old and work (when I find work) in an industry that has imploded. I don't have money and I'm not a great healer -- can't risk looking worse. Thanks.
