Concerns over Nose Job and Use of Accutane

I had an open nose surgery a little three weeks ago here in Denmark. I would ask my surgeon, but the clinic is closed for the next 3 weeks. Before surgery i asked whether or not it was safe to use Accutane before, during or after the surgery. She said no problem - she's operated many who have used accutane.

So now i read that i shouldn't use it 6 months prior and after surgery? Another thing. My hump seems to be growing, both in width and fullness. In short. Im very concerned :(
