Donors and fat graft options for Brazilian Butt lift

The only suitable donor for a fat graft is an identical twin. Other than that, I am not aware of any other options for grafting that would minimize the chance of rejection at this point in time. Stem cell therapy may offer more options in the future but currently are prohibitively expensive.

You must use your own fat for a Brazilian Butt Lift. You can't use anyone else's. The fat could be removed from any area where you have extra fat available: abdomen, back, legs, arms. Then it is used to create a fuller, rounder buttock contour.

Galecia, It is not recommended to use fat from someone other than yourself for any procedure. Our fat cells are unique to each individual and using another person's fat will produce rejection of that fat which can lead to serious complications.
