This depends on the surgeon!

Evan Sorokin, MD answers: When is it safe to sleep on your stomach after breast lift & reduction?

I had a breast reduction and lift back in Mid February. And i've always slep on my stomach. Is it okay to do so, after my surgery. If so, when?? Thanks.

The easy answer to this question is that you need to check with your surgeon.  We all use different surgical techniques and different patients heal differently.  Two patients can have the exact same surgery and very different recoveries!   In general, the usual answer is at least six weeks but it very much depends on exactly what was done surgically and the recovery involved.
