Every part of my first visit was exceptional. Dr. Esta Kronberg's extensive knowledge, gentle and skilled hand and experienced eye allowed for a perfect procedure and experience. The office location, check-in, wait-time, numbing process and assistants were all wonderful. From the moment she entered the room, Dr. Kronberg is so kind and relaxed that you feel like you're her only appointment of the day. She agreed with my "to-do list", offered product options, answered any questions and explained the procedure before starting and throughout. I thought it was interesting that she took breaks in between adding filler to take a moment to step back, look at the over picture and speak to me. She explained that she wanted to watch me while I spoke to see my facial movement and expressions - all before moving on. She explained that a face at rest, is very different than while speaking and you must see both to be sure to keep the look natural. I was so happy to hear this explanation as I didn't want to look different, just better. :-) The results were incredible and virtually pain-free, with only a couple tiny dots of bruising that didn't even require make-up. No matter what the procedure or product you choose, the result can only be as good as the eye and the hand of the doctor you have chosen. This happy client would never consider going to anyone else!

I have been going to Dr. Kronberg for around 15 years. That in itself tells you how highly I regard her. She is a professional, caring, highly skilled physician.
