Q: Arm lift scar

A:

The scar for an upper arm lift or brachioplasty surgery is normally positioned so that when your arms are at your side the scar is not very visible.  The scar is the main detraction from brachiolasty surgery as it can be hard to hide with shorter sleeved shirts.
