Many procedures can be combined.  In general you should be in an accredited facility, your surgeon should be board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and the total time maximum should be around five hours.  What you described can be done in that time period.  You should be in good health and any medical problems should be fully discussed with your surgeon and primary care physician.  All the best.
