3 out of 5 stars CO2 Laser

CO2 Fractional Laser 12 weeks Out - HMA Rating: 0 (or how about -5)

I felt like there was a disconnect between the staff and the doctor as I was pretty adamant about only having a very light touch on my face. Actually I didn't want my face done at all but Tamran told me how much I'd love it and how she did it 5 or 6 times a week to other patients at her old office and swore that I would walk out of there with just a little sunscreen on my face and I would be so happy I did it. She was my close friend, I got her the job there. I trusted her. My skin on my face was never my issue. I had just had a fotofacial for some minor melasma just a couple months before! It was my neck that was my concern. Tamran also told me that it would be necessary to do the small V in my cleavage to assure uniformity with the neck however I ended up getting shoulder to shoulder done which has- at this point - left me with hyperpigmentation on my shoulders. I love Dr. Carlotti - both Albert and Michelle, and have done many treatments with them including the most amazing breasts I've ever seen. Somehow though, in this situation I'm feeling extremely disappointed. I don't blame Dr. Carlotti - I believe it was a staff situation. After the treatment I was woken up and rushed out the door with no after care instructions whatsoever. My husband, who loves Dr. Michelle, due to her kindness to us in the past, was a little taken aback by our exit. Dr. Michelle was there for us when no one else was after my husband got meningitis in Mexico. She removed his PICC line when no one else would touch him. She also helped me out when another office burned my legs to pieces during laser hair removal. This was one of her nurses with the 'rush me out the door without instructions attitude, not Dr.Carlotti. Dr. Carlotti has been amazing in texting me back and forth with all of my concerns but this doesn't change the fact of the major miscommunication between her and her staff and I fear I may be living with that mistake for a very long time - we have already discussed a fotofacial to lighten the pigmentation (which I will stick with my regular guy on that if god forbid this becomes necessary!). At this point several layers of mineral makeup and powder staves off the red flushed look on my face and the pigment on my neck, chest and shoulders for a couple of hours tops. And I am a girl that prided her skin for not having to wear anything more than sunscreen before this whole ordeal. I'm very sad. This rating below is SOLELY for this situation and this situation only and it is intended for this situation at hand - not Dr. Carlotti.

5 out of 5 stars Breast Lift

Gorgeous Breast Lift - Scottsdale, AZ

The Carlotti Cosmetic Surgery Center, their staff and of course Dr. Michelle Cabret-Carlotti and Dr. Albert Carlotti feel more like family than the sterile environment I've felt in the past in other offices. They are so patient with all my questions and are always available be it by text or phone, any time of day they were always there to answer any of my concerns. Being these kinds of doctors they never make you feel rushed so sometimes you may have to wait a little bit longer than intended. It's good to call ahead to see they're running on time but I don't mind sitting in their beautifully modeled lobby watching before and afters on the flatscreen or just reading a book. I know that when my turn comes their attention will be on me and only me. And I KNOW my results will be magnificent which I am happy to share with all of you.
