I don't know what the other reviewer experiened, but I had a completely different experience. Dr. Kim is a board certified surgeon and an expert in veins. He was very professional, thoroughly explained everything, and all his staffs were very nice. I've been to other vein clinics before, had injections and other treatments, but no one really explained it like Dr. Kim.
