I bought a sauna for detox reasons. I'm wondering if anyone knows how long I should wait to use the sauna after botox injections. It seems heat would have an effect, and perhaps a different recommended waiting time than say exercise, which I understand to be 24 hours. Also, does anyone know if the infrared sauna affects fillers? Honestly, infrared saunas are gaining in popularity and I have researched until I'm blue to find these answers, with no luck.
I recently got a botox treatment for my masseter muscle. Then I did bikram yoga 4 days after. Bikram is hot yoga and is basially like a sauna. My doctor didn't tell me to avoid the heat, I just read up on it now...I'm worried I might have lessened it's effectivity. A bikram class gets pretty hot and lasts 90 minutes. What should I do? Should I get a touch up or something? Is the botox really less effective now for me? Any guidance would be great
i had botox done around my eyes and then stupidly went into an infrared sauna 2 days afterwards. It completely dilated some major blood vessels under my eyes and they've never returned back to normal. I'm so upset about this because this was done 6 months ago and i'm afraid i'll never be smooth under my eyes again...please what can i do????
I use my friend's ozone sauna for detox treatments. It is used to detox the body and kill pathogens. Since using it, I've noticed my botox did not last as long and I'm trying to figure out the reason. Have there been any studies on this topic. Facts or opinions welcome:)
i had botox 5 days ago, I just wanted a little between the eybrows. She said it has to be a full amount, otherwise it will not work. She did 1 injection in between the eybrows, a 2ºnd just over the beginning of my eybrows and a 3º ( which she never did before) over the arche of my eybrow and she put 2 dots next to the eys, now I look horrible, my face is paralyzed and stiff instead of relaxed. my brows are hanging flat, I have puffy wrinkly eyes, my cheeks sunk. I look so weird and ugly.
