Twenty four hours ago, I had Ng:Yag laser treatment only on the brown spots on my face (all over) and my skin looks HORRIBLE. I look like I have the measles, but the good news is that I'm not in pain or swollen. Am I going to be scarred? What can I do to make sure I don't scar? She only gave me a topical cream to apply twice a day. She is an MD and has been working with lasers for a long time - although she did burn my friend.
I am three day post treatment - erbium YAG laser. I doesn't seem as though I am healing as I should be. I am still feeling a stinging sensation in my cheek area, which has developed redness around the treatment area. The redness is spreading on my nose. There are some areas that area peeling and I see the new pink skin. However, there is a brown outlined border around the new skin. On some of the treated areas, a brown dot has developed. Is this normal or should I be concerned?
Hi I have already 3-4 laser YAG sessions to remove a mole in my nose. After some months a brown spot appears, my doctor told me that it is the mole appearing again. What can be done to avoid from coming back? Should i keep getting laser sessions? Ps. in the picture is the actual brown little spot now 2-3 months after the last laser session
I am an Asian girl (Malay ethnic), with fair skin (but becomes brown if exposed). I now live in Paris. Weeks ago, i had a brown spot on my face. So, i decided to go to the Laser Clinic. They treated the spot using Cynosure Elite, Alexandrite Nd: YAG, 14 mg/0.4ma.. But after, immediately, it became blister! It lasted for 3 weeks and heals very slowly. After healed, there is a post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), (outer ring) Many say PIH may take up to years to be treated. Im so sad
I had this morning my brown spots remove with a laser call Q YAG V, six hours have past and my eyes are red and crying like crazy, and I can not stand it! I had the black googles on, but maybe didn't help. i have bad runny nose too, is anything I can do?
I had Q Switched laser for brown spots on my legs a month ago. It took over 2 weeks for the scabs to fall off. Now the spots have been replaced by vey dark pink spots. I am very fair. The spots may be fading but vey very slowly. How long should I give them to fade before I consider it a problem? Also, is there something I can do to expedite the process?
I had a Medlite C6 laser treatment 2 weeks ago and now my sun damage is worse than before. I had one treatment on my chest for light sun damage (I had IPL treatments two years ago and wanted a touch up). Two weeks later all I see are the laser lines and worse brown spots than before the treatment. I am a white female and was told that there was no possibly of side effects because of my skin color. I am very careful about always using sun block. What treatment options do I have to correct this?
