One day after the procedure, I had some tenderness to the touch in a jaw area that is better today. No bruising or swelling. Yesterday afternoon though I started to have a weird feeling, and it's spreading to more areas today. If I scratch my forehead in a specific place I feel a weird sensation at the top of my head, as if I feel the nerve. Today I also have it in my jaw area, if I move a skin in one place I feel it in another. Is it the tingling feeling that is described as a side effect?
I had ultherapy treatment almost two months ago and am still feeling numbness and tingling in my scalp, especially on the left side. I see from your responses to another patient, this should subside in a few days, but could last up to 6 weeks. It has already been 8 weeks and doesn't feel like it is getting better. Could this be permanent? My doctor has recommended steroids. Will this help?
Went to aesthetician. She recommended Ultherapy. She said, I've a doctor who both sells the equipment in the region, teaches other doctors, does it himself. I paid $3, 500. The doctor is a real Dr, I did look him up, had the machine w/in a large briefcase-ish thing. The screen did not show the cartoon woman; I saw a big numeral in/decreasing (i.e.81) It did not hurt at all-felt VERY mild tingling. I see a little result in my eye lids, but elsewhere on my face-nothing. Did I even get Ultherapy?
When will the face start to relax? Will I look like I did before ulthera when it wears off ? How hard is it to do small fat transfers to the face? My face looks smaller and eyes sunken
Hi, I got ultherapy done about 1 year ago. At the time it was very painful and wonder if the setting was too high. It felt like torture. When my forehead was being done over the nerve that runs about mid-brow up to the hairline it felt like the lady was pulling my hair out at the top of my scalp. 12 months on I get tingling in the same spot on one side that lasts on/off for days. Anything I can do? As for results.. It took almost 1.5week for the welts to go down on my face. No difference.
