hi, i cant seem to find anyone who's had Aptos threads on here. Do any of the doctors recommend them for slight facial laxity please? ive heard many horror stories and people telling me the pain they cause and the fact they don't last very long its just not worth it? any help/advice would be much appreciated
They said that I would experience pain for the first day, and some discomfort the next few days, but that I would be able to return to work the next day. I was NOT. I had to take two days off; I was in so much severe pain I was back the next day begging for narcotics and needed to take them for four days. Is this a sign that I would heal poorly from other facial surgery (such as a nose job), or that I wasn't sleeping well or not numbed enough?
I had nose threadlift two years ago. Lately as I want to do it again, I realise my nasal nose bone hurts. Why?I am afraid of getting a new thread lift done because Im not sure if my nose is injured or is there any infection. The pain site is on my nose bridge. When I touch and move side to side on the area, it hurts and it feels like theres a weird bump or feeling under it. Are my threads fully dissolved? Is this an infection?
I had silhouette threads inserted two weeks ago and suffered an infection which has been treated with antibiotics. I now have a thread near the corner of my mouth resting on a nerve which is causing constant pain when eating, talking or even just smiling. Is there anyway at all that they can be dissolved quicker as the pain is awful
Hi, i understand that we need to minimize dramatic ducal expression as part of the recovery however I cant completely stop myself from laughing at certain times. I felt sharp pain / soreness when I do laugh. Will this affect my recovery?
I get a stinging pain/sensation from them when l stroke my face to put moisturizer on etc. Or when l yawn/laugh. Will these lumps be covered as the collagen grows or will l just have to wait until they dissolve. I had bad swelling and bruising that lasted for 3 weeks. The procedure was extremely painful especially around my mastoid processes l thought she was drilling the needle into the bone.l had large painful swelling behind my ears lasted for over a week. my GP for strong pain killers.
After completing my antibiotics I felt a sharp pain on the rim on my lip, throughout the day the pain shifted through the whole lip. The pain is insane, for a week i feel like my lip is stuffed with needles, and i can see a line going through it and poking through the skin next to my nostril (so it went through the lip and up), since its a barbed thread, i cant eat, speak properly or touch my lip, due to shooting pains from the pins. My beautician is shocked.
