It would not be advisable to have Hifu after PDO threads. You would need to wait for these to be fully dissolved (1 year after threads done)

It should be fairly easy to mask the puckered area with injection of filler. I have done this many times for a showing or tethered thread with excellent result. Another technique would be to internally dislodge the filler with a cannula.
