Hi! I am 4 weeks post thigh lift via groin & buttocks. Some Liposuction was also done on my legs. Still have some discomfort in my legs but my biggest problem is tightness & some numbness that happens after I sit for a little while. My legs feel super tight!!! Inner thigh area and behind legs (under buttocks) It goes away after I walk or move around.
I don't believe I worded my last question correctly. I did develop cellulitis and was put on stronger antibiotics two weeks ago which helped tremendously. Now, 3 weeks after surgery I still have a lot of tenderness on my inner thighs as well as a lot of tightness. Swelling has gone down, but not completely gone. Saw doctor, he said to try to walk as much as possible and then come back and see him in a month. All he can figure out at this point is perhaps slow recovery time. Thank you
I'm post 4 week from a thigh lift. I sufferd a hematoma and wound opened up and i ended needing the wound cleaned out 3 weeks after the op. The thigh looks like its alot looser than the otherside. Also the way it's healing it looks like they're is going to be more skin than the otherside, also can see skin is looser above the knee.
I had a medial thigh lift on 10/23/17. I have healed well. Swelling is gone, incisions are healing well. However, I now have painful labia distortion on the left side of my vagina. TOO MUCH TISSUE was removed. The area is pulled very tight. I cannot spread my legs very far, or lift them up. I have to be careful how I sit etc. Any activity that pulls the tissue causes great pain. Now my vagina looks awful!
I'm a post sleeve gastrectomy patient (18 months post op) maintaining my weight around 142 give it take 3 lbs. I was overweight most of my life and lost 91 lbs post sleeve. My legs have lost laxity and smoothness. How realistic is it to just get a inner thigh lift? Would I get smooth lifted results?
I am 3 weeks out from a thigh lift with lypo to my knees and sides/backs of the thigh. My thighs seem very tight. I have some pain in the scar that goes down to the knee and I am still very limited in motion. Is this normal? Earlier on I popped 2 stitches trying to sit. I was given SSD ointment to heal it from the inside out. He put a stitch above and below the opening. I avoid sitting as much as possible, only stand or lay down. Will this heal as a straight line? Or will it be a wide scar?
I get up and walk many times bathroom, shower, walk from bed to sofa in room but scared to go downstairs. Because I went down once and came back up and my legs got so tight and swole. I thought they would pop open. It did go back down. However when ever I walk to much the top part of my thigh tenses up. Pictures are from today Jan 29th, 2017 6days post op does this look normal? Is the yellow tint to my incision normal? Is it normal to have this yellow oranges type drainage? No sign of infection.
