I am getting my surgery overseas next Wednesday and my surgeon has not given me any pre op information yet, as I have not yet seen him, so I have been vaping regularly. I did not know about the smoking rule until now, if I stop 9 days before (now) will that be enough time? Even 11? I am on a time constraint and will do anything to get the nicotine out of my system in time. Please help!
I have a rhinoplasty scheduled for December 17th. My roommates both have electronic cigarettes and I partake in them from time to time, with the last time being yesterday. I am about to get pre-surgery bloodwork done and I read online that they check for nicotine as it causes problems with cosmetic surgery. Will they still perform the surgery/will the surgery go smoothly if I consumed nicotine 2 weeks prior to surgery? Please help, I am very worried about this.
I had my tip reshaped as well as a deviated septum corrected. I have no stitches and am off my medication and vitamins. Would it be safe to use an e-cigarette and vaporize marijuana in moderation after rhinoplasty?
I'm going to have rhinoplasty procedure done on March 25. I smoked 2 puffs from an electronic cig. this past Friday and smoke weed going on 2 weeks ago on Sat. I'm starting to freak out reading things online. I don't want my skin to fall off, which I've read online can happen. I don't know if I should reschedule my procedure for a later date or not? Starting to really freak out
