I would like to thank everyone who reads and provides any feedback with regards to my bilateral total
capsulectomy with implant exchange and lollipop breast lift surgery that I had done on September 18th 2014.

My first breast augmentation that I had done was when I was 22 years old and I had them done on
December 2011. It has always been an interest of mine to have larger breasts ever since I was 16 years old and I was never satisfied with the size of my breasts.

When I had my first surgery, I will be completely honest, I did not put a whole lot of thought and research into sizes and different options of implants as I merely wanted big breasts. (Young and eager to get what I wanted!) I’d also like to state that I am 5’6 and I have a petite body structure and started off with a 34B/34C depending on the type of bra.

When I made my decision for implant sizes the first time, I chose to go with a high profile mentor gel (Aka Gummy Bear) 500cc implant, as I was looking for that curve, sex appeal and projection that high profiles provided. However, once I had them done after the six month period of when the implant finally settles, I was quite disappointed. My implants once settled, had no curve, perkiness or sex appeal they were very natural looking which wasn’t what I was hoping for.

My first surgery was $5,645 and to be quite honest, It was not my intentions to spend that kind of money to have breasts that looked like large natural 34DD, that was not my impression of how high profile implants would look like. So, needless to say, at that point I made the decision to start doing more research and plan on having them corrected to my satisfaction.

After almost three years went by and excessive research was done, I chose to go with a 325cc moderate plus profile mentor implant.

Having spoken with the doctor whom did my first surgery, I had made sure that this time around to express how I wanted more upper pole fullness and full perky breasts and stated that I also wanted a lift to help me achieve the overall look I was looking for.

On September 18th 2014, I had a bilateral total capsulectomy, with implant exchange and lollipop breast lift and on that day I also expressed to him what I was looking for and again stated I wanted everything to be brought in and lifted and to have more upper pole fullness and over all full breasts.

Once my surgery was completed, I was exceptionally happy with the size of my breasts, the clean cut
incisions and smaller areolars. However, my breasts are nothing as to the shape as what I was looking for. I feel that once again my breasts do not have that curve or sex appeal and shape I was dreaming to have. Now, I’m left with what I think is a very natural looking bust.

It has now been 18 days since my surgery and I’m just so uncertain with the shape of my breasts and I’m just really hoping to get a second opinion to perhaps reassure me that maybe my breast shape will progress with time and massaging or if I should consult my surgeon to arrange for them to be redone to my satisfaction.

I’m just so uncertain on what I think of them and on what to do. I’m 25 years old now and this is my second surgery to try and achieve my dream look of perky full rounded breasts and I’ve spent a great deal of money but, I feel I’m always left in disappointment.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

I don't know what they looked like before your revision but I think they look lovely now and they should only get better. I had a revision of a lift and got implants this time. I'm 8 days post op and so unsure of everything. I think its a faze we all go through.

I just went through an entire revision and hate all of it, but yours is so pretty and your nipple height is like what I wished for but didn't get. Great result.

Thanks for the feedback I certainly appreciate it. I was having a difficult time trying to find a before picture as I didn't take too many as I despised them that much. Luckily, I did come across one!

Your new ones fit you so much better! Everyone keeps saying the same thing just be patient they will change a lot in the next 3 to 6 to 12 months. Well that narrows it down hahaha. I look at mine everyday and think... are these things ever gonna drop and not look like footballs?? I guess we just need to be patient.

Yea actually comparing my old saddle bag implants to what I have now I sure came a long way!!!! I just find it hard to believe that they stretched out that badly having them done for that amount of time (3 years) mind you 500cc that's a LARGE implant and they're quite heavy too but I was really upset how poorly they turned out they honestly looked like [RS bleep]!!!! Patience surely is one thing I lack but I have no other option than to be patient and hope for the best :) Best of luck with your results and thanks for the post! :D
