TT now upcoming body lift, BBL

I have recently had a extended tummy tuck with muscle repair and flank lipo. I had a great outcome, but it was a hard recovery. I had 8 pounds of skin removed and ended up in the emergency room via ambulance the night after surgery. You loose a lot of blood and my blood pressure was low, after that initial horror (which had nothing to do with dr it’s just my body took a lot of shock)I recovered great. If you are doing this after weight loss be prepared to be out of work 3 weeks, and I wasn’t fully myself until 6 weeks post op. It’s a rough road, it’s major surgery nothing like c section must more of a recovery time for this.
I’m now ready 9/11 for the second stage of the lower back lift with bbl- fat transfer to hips and butt area. I have very large breasts and always had a good shape but no butt and not the curvy hips that would look better on the body I have 185 pounds 5’5” I’m excited he did a great job on my stomach when you look at how stretched out my tummy skin was and how good it looks now he really did awesome . It’s definitely a skill. I want a big butt but I can’t risk going to just any surgeon, my doctor has a great reputation and worth spending more to be safe and well cared for.

Went well I wanted the butt bigger , however it does fit me I can always go bigger and it is a hugggeee improvement from pre op butt I had nothing! This recovery isn’t painful it’s annoying sleeping on stomach but pain is non existent! The tummy tuck with muscle repair that was the major painful procedure. I really think he did an awseome job with how my pre op body was- I had a lot of stretched skin from weight gain and loss, he always was honest and never made me feel like I was gonna come out perfect. I tell you what it’s nice to fill in a pair of shorts with these ass cheeks! I had nothing and it always made me feel strange in clothes never fit right. I’m pleased, but I do admit in future I would consider a second bbl with fat transfer to hips.

So clear on HIPS BEING AN ISSUE- I HAVE NONE!So I am making preparations to see either. Dr Dowbak or Dr Paul Dillion in Miami,
Dr Salama was my first choice but he wants me to wait a year before new bbl
Any ladies have suggestions on which one? Jenny at seduction is amazing and very sweet and helpful- but I don’t hear a lot about dr Dillon online- and I’ve spent 25k already I have to make sure I’m going to dr that will do what I ask for- I know that they can’t create magic but I can see from how this bbl went that my butt takes good to the fat grafting and I just need more fat in certain places and I’m good. Ladies from my experience if you want a thicker body some dr aren’t comfortable or don’t have expertise on how to do so. I found out the hard way that my dr see mostly skinny tiny women and does breasts- he’s not a butt dr. He’s a great surgeon- but he should of been upfront on not specializing in BBLS.
