Best Decision Ever!

11/17/25 celebrated my 3 year lower body lift surgiversary the best way I could by returning to my favorite surgeon Dr Adam Rubinstein for round 2 of plastics. This time we did a brachioplasty and breast augmentation (415cc’s and 435cc’s). My experience this time around was similar to the first as it relates to pain. Not much pain just discomfort. Breasts I have not felt any bother but the arms I have felt some burning sensation here and there at the incision site which is normal. Overall just a very tight feeling which is to be expected due to swelling. Today is day 6 and I can say that I never had to take the narcotics and was able to manage the discomfort for the first 3 days with Tylenol every 4 hours around the clock. Antibiotics are finished and now I just continue to take Bromelain with Quercetin as well as Arnica. These are to control swelling and aid with bruising. The results of these surgeries are so amazing as you can see almost immediate results of course with swelling. Everything looks so good right now I can’t wait to see what it will look like in a month and then over time. My Dr is amazing and I cannot say that enough

No regrets! After 2 years my tummy still looks great but I work very hard to maintain. Upper abdomen still has some loose skin but this was due to the massive weight loss. Only regret was not getting a Fleur D’lis which would have gotten rid of the loose skin up top. That doesn’t mean that I am not loving my results just wish I would have known better.

So pleased with my results! At 10 weeks ato have some swelling that takes place. Mostly right above the Pubic area. Can’t wait to see my Dr for my 12 week check up and see what he thinks of my results. Have some more work that I would like to have done. Wanting to have Upper back lift with brachioplasty and possibly breast augmentation.
