I can not recommend this doctor. I went in for a tummy tuck in mid July. I steadily declined in my health. My concerns were largely ignored. My care was minimal post surgery. I made it into the ER extremely ill shortly after my last treatment with Dr. Golshani. I have a hole in my body that is about 2 inches deep and 3.5 inches long. My would was infected and my hemoglobin was at 7 once I went to seek outside help through the ER. Dr. Golshani's lack of action could have been near fatal if I allowed him to continue working on me. He didn't run any lab work or scans. He looked lost using his fingers to break apart dead tissue during my very last appointment with him. There has been none of that at Tarzana Cedar-Sinai Wound Care, the place I'm going to now under my own instinct and recommendation. They have the proper tools and techniques. I was very scared to continue my care with Dr. Golshani and I think others should know my experience. You want a skilled surgeon with experience in wound care because recovery care is vital. Any sensible doctor would have referred me see a specialist way before this.

If you want to look beautiful avoid Dr. Golshani. He’s a cutter only. He failed me, insulted me, mutilated me. I suffered for months in wound care and came out with unflattering results all because he failed to test me for a post op infection and my flesh died. My incision just closed Dec 1st from a July 11th surgery. I still have no sensation most of my entire abdomen. I suffered for months all because of Dr. Golshani and all he can do is hire people to suppress my reviews so no one finds out what he did to me. Having a fake “director of nursing” call me to offer me to go under his knife again. They should be offering my money back so I can go see someone who can fix me. How does he sleep at night knowing what he did to me? Who can fix this mess? The thought of going under the knife again after a half year in wound care, wearing a wound vac for 6 months makes me sick to think about. The time lost from work unpaid. I have to wait 6 months to heal more before possibly going under the knife again. If I want to look normal. Don’t ignore my warnings. Don’t flip a coin with your health, 50/50 odds are not in your favor.

Post Op Photo is attached to back up my reviews on Dr. Golshani. I’m very upset with this outcome. I have had zero intimacy in my life since I underwent his knife and lost countless hours of work to wear a wound vac for 3 months.
