I have surgery scheduled on October 31st. I am excited, anxious and excited again. I have maintained over a hundred pound Weight loss for 15-16 years. I feel like I am finally going to get to finish what I started. I have been stalking this site for years and I hope this is actually how you post. I am thinking of taking some before photos tonight.
Any words of wisdom are welcome. I have bought some extra pillows, laxatives/stool softener,picked up my meds, bought some plain maxipads for dressings...not sure what else I need?

A little more info about me.

I am about 5'10 and my current weight is 181 lbs. I am praying for no complications. I have always healed well and am compliant with pos operative instructions. I am most anxious about having my arms done. I have seen some horrible hack jobs on here of arms. I have faith that my surgeon is competent or I would not let him be operating on me.

Well I have to say, it has been painful. I have had several surgeries and none have measured up to this one. That being said, my results look pretty impressive right now. The pain is getting better everyday. I think it would have been easier had I separated my procedures, but not time and cost effective.
